<p>Speaking to CNN, 80-year-old Valentyna Ivanivna in Kyiv’s central Podil district said that she woke up after hearing a loud blast at 5 am which shattered her windows.</p>

<p>“I don’t know whether it was a missile or what it was, but now I have holes instead of windows. I’m alright, but my kitchen and a living room are now windowless. I was sleeping in the bedroom, which is behind another wall, which saved me from the shrapnel,” Ivanivna said.</p>

<p>The bulk of the production will be centred in Tucson, Arizona, where Raytheon Missiles &amp; Defence (RMD) operates, with an anticipated completion date of March 2028, the statement added.</p>

<p>The Air-to-Ground Missile (AGM-154) weighs 1,000 pounds and serves as a precision strike weapon capable of carrying various lethal payloads. It has been integrated into several US-manufactured fighter jets, including Taiwan's F-16 fleet, as per Focus Taiwan</p>

<p>With a standoff range spanning from 12 to 63 nautical miles, the missile can be launched from beyond the range of enemy point defences while effectively engaging and neutralising targets.</p>

<p>The open letter from their colleagues at the Khristianovich Institute of Theoretical and Applied Mechanics in Novosibirsk claimed that the materials the scientists had presented in international forums had been thoroughly examined to make sure they did not contain restricted information.</p>

<p>The letter also mentioned the instance of Dmitry Kolker, another scientist from Siberia who was detained on treason charges last year despite having advanced pancreatic cancer and flown to Moscow. Two days later, laser expert Kolker passed away.</p>

<p>Last week, North Korea flexed its nuclear muscles by carrying out a military parade showcasing its ICBMs, which some experts say could be a mockup of a new solid-fuel ICBM in canister launchers.&nbsp;</p>

<p>A senior fellow at Korea Institute for National Unification in Seoul said that the flag "effectively confirmed the new ICBM unit," the news agency reported. The expert went on to say that this new military unit suggests that the country could be preparing for the testing of a solid-fuel weapon.&nbsp;</p>

<p>North Korea already has well-placed specialised units which have their own flags. However, up until now, all the past ICBM parades used to have the&nbsp;national flag. In the video, different types of flags were seen at the parade venue.</p>
