Amid the gloom, uncertainty, and despair- here's something that will instantly bring a smile on your face. Hollywood stars Chirs Hemsworth, Chris Evans, Mark Ruffalo, and Tom Holland have hailed six-year-old Bridger Walker's heroic act of saving his little sister from a dog attack. Bridger's heroic deed went viral after his aunt Nikki Walker shared the story on Instagram and tagged the Avengers stars, who Bridger idolises. View this post on Instagram Hey, all. Please, share my nephew’s story so that it gets as much exposure as it can. We know that our little hero would love some words of encouragement from his favorite heroes. On July 9th, my six year old nephew Bridger saved his little sister’s life by standing between her and a charging dog. After getting bit several times on the face and head, he grabbed his sister’s hand and ran with her to keep her safe. He later said, “If someone had to die, I thought it should be me.” After receiving 90 stitches (give or take) from a skilled plastic surgeon, he’s finally resting at home. We love our brave boy and want all the other superheroes to know about this latest hero who joined their ranks. @tomholland2013 @chrishemsworth @robertdowneyjr @markruffalo @prattprattpratt @twhiddleston @chadwickboseman @vindiesel @chrisevans EDIT: I just finished visiting with Bridger at his home. His wounds are looking so much better! He’s in great spirits, and his awesome personality is intact. He can’t smile too widely yet, but he was grinning as I read some of your comments to him. I’d also like to mention here that the dog’s owners are really great people who have been nothing but kind to Bridger and his family. We feel no resentment toward them at all, and—if anything—there’s only been an increase of love between our families as a result of this incident. EDIT 2: Once again we’re blown away by the amazing comments and messages that Bridger’s receiving. I’ve had lots of inquiries about a GoFundMe. Bridger’s family has asked that any one wishing to help out financially can, instead, donate to @mission_22 or @wwp. Bridger is also a huge fan of Science, especially Geology. So I’m going to start a post where people can share with him pictures of cool rocks that they see. EDIT 3: Once again, everyone’s kindness has meant so much to us. I’m trying to get to all of the messages that I can, but it may take some time. For those who have inquired about sending Bridger some rocks, here’s the address to use: Bridger Walker P.O. Box 22141 Cheyenne, WY 82003 #BridgerStrong A post shared by Nikki Walker (@nicolenoelwalker) on Jul 12, 2020 at 8:53am PDT × Bridger came between a dog and his sister and was bit by the animal on his cheek and head. The little boy had to get 90 stitches at the hospital and the entire procedure took around 2 hours to finish. The Walker siblings had gone over to a neighbour's house and one of their dogs came at Bridger's sister. Bridger jumped in between in order to save his little sister. He later told his parents, "If someone had to die, I thought it should be me." Moved by his heroic deed Hemsworth, Evans, Ruffalo and Jeremy Renner send him warm wishes and inducted him as part of the Avengers. Evans even sent him Captain America's costume and the shield along with an encouraging video message. View this post on Instagram There are no words. We are so, so thankful. A post shared by Nikki Walker (@nicolenoelwalker) on Jul 15, 2020 at 4:36pm PDT × His aunt has been updating social media about Bridger's progress and the number of celebrities that have reached out to Bridger to praise him. Another post by Nikki Walker shows Bridger dressed in Spider-Man costume and chatting on video call with actor Tom Holland who plays the superhero on screen. View this post on Instagram When dreams come true. A post shared by Nikki Walker (@nicolenoelwalker) on Jul 16, 2020 at 12:44pm PDT × Walker shared photos of Bridger and his little sister before the attack – as well as the photos of his facial injuries after the incident. The boy's face appears cut from his lip up his cheek and is covered in stitches. It is also swollen and bruised. While Bridger is unable to fully smile due to his injuries, the little boy has been very happy with all the love and adulation that has come his way. Many offered financial assistance to his parents who have appealed them to donate to certain charities instead.

<p>Jennifer Garner looked reflected&nbsp;on her 2004 hit film ‘13 Going on 30’ as it completes 15 years. In a major shoutout to all her co-stars, director, producer, Jennifer fondly remembered the romantic-comedy and what it gave to her career as an actress.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Jennifer played Jenna Rink in the film, a 13-year-old girl who wakes up 29-years-old and just about to turn 30. This was after she wished to turn 30 when she was humiliated at her birthday party. The film also stars Judy Greer as mean girl Lucy ‘Tom-Tom’ Wyman, and Mark Ruffalo, who plays her love interest and childhood best friend, Matt Flamhaff.</p>

<p>The sweet message included the name of her co-stars including Brie Larson and Ashley Benson, who had roles as girls in the popular group dubbed the ‘Six Chicks.’</p>

<p>She wrote: "Fifteen years ago today #13GoingOn30 made her debut, directed with ❤ by our beloved Gary Winick and a clutch of loving, hardcore producers (3 brilliant women -- before it was cool to be led by women!). The movie benefited from the performances of so many young actresses. Open and twinkly-magical then -- now, 15 years later, they are ruling the world. (Hi #SixChicks—@brielarson, @ashleybenson, @christabrittany -- who also played a young me in Ghosts of Girlfriends Past -- and my own sweet @revjuliaroth).”</p>

In a major shoutout to all her co-stars, director, producer, Jennifer fondly remembered the romantic-comedy and what it gave to her career as an actress. Jennifer played Jenna Rink in the film, a 13-year-old girl who wakes up 29-years-old and just about to turn 30. This was after she wished to turn 30 when she was humiliated at her birthday party. The film also stars Judy Greer as mean girl Lucy ‘Tom-Tom’ Wyman, and Mark Ruffalo, who plays her love interest and childhood best friend, Matt Flamhaff. The sweet message included the name of her co-stars including Brie Larson and Ashley Benson, who had roles as girls in the popular group dubbed the ‘Six Chicks.’ She wrote: "Fifteen years ago today #13GoingOn30 made her debut, directed with ❤ by our beloved Gary Winick and a clutch of loving, hardcore producers (3 brilliant women -- before it was cool to be led by women!). On 15th anniversary of '13 Going On 30', Jennifer Garner gives a shout out to Brie Larson, Ariana Grande

Six of the original leads of the "Avengers" film franchise -- Robert Downey Jr., Chris Evans, Scarlett Johansson, Chris Hemsworth, Mark Ruffalo and Jeremy Renner -- were honoured with a handprint ceremony in the forecourt of the TCL Chinese Theater in the Hollywood section of Los Angeles Tuesday.

Six original 'Avengers' actors honored with handprint ceremony in Hollywood

<p>The countdown has begun for what is arguably the most awaited movie of the year. 'Avengers: Endgame' is all set to hit our screens on the 26th Of April and the excitement is building up minute by minute.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Fans can't wait to see their favourite superheroes uniting one last time to the beast the invisible 'Thanos' but the director of the film- Anthony and Joe Russo- are tight-lipped about the fate of the supervillain, who destroyed one half of the universe in 'Infinity War'.&nbsp;</p>

<p>When they were asked to spill some details during a press event, the directors remained tight-lipped. "That's another thing that we won't talk about, unfortunately. People will find out on April 26th," said Joe Russo while his brother Anthony added, "What are the chances that we are going to answer that question?"</p>

<p>The fourth installment of the 'Avenger' franchise which looks to wrap up eleven years of storytelling is bound to make both fans and the cast emotional.<br />
&nbsp;<br />
"It's just kind of the whole shoot felt pretty nostalgic. Especially this one. We were constantly sort of talking about when it all started and how we sort of pulled this off and what we were a part of. And yeah, I don't know, I mean by the end of the run it was also like because we shot this for 8 months back to back, so I was also kind of happy to get off the set. But it was incredibly special and emotional," said Chris Hemsworth who plays Thor in the film.&nbsp;</p>

<p>While actors Mark Ruffalo and Chris Evans were of the belief that Scarlett Johanson got the most emotional, director Joe Russo begged to differ.&nbsp;<br />
"Scarlett wasn't emotional. Scarlett is not- she is very good at dealing with the last days of shoots. I think other people because it's like summer camp. Every time like one of these are done, they all get sad because they're not going to see each other until the next one, " said Joe Russo.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Chris Evans admitted though that he got teary-eyed by the end of it to which Mark Ruffalo added, "We all were."</p>

<p>For stars like Scarlett Johansson, Don Cheadle, Jeremy Renner and Paul Rudd, their journey has been made all the more special because of the fans.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Meanwhile, many are expecting 'Captain Marvel' to be the game-changer in the fight against Thanos and actress Brie Larson is more than excited to join Team Avengers.&nbsp;</p>

<p>"I think I came in at a time that felt actually very comforting because I didn't know anything about what was going to happen. I still don't know what happens in this movie, so instead, it was more of like, 'Oh its a 10-year anniversary photo' where I got the opportunity to meet everyone and like ask stupid questions and be like 'I'm the new kid. And it was really helpful because making movies like this is like, its a triathlon. They are really complicated to do and so to have that sort of support going into it rather than jumping in just by myself is helpful," said Larson.</p>

'Avengers: Endgame' press event had empty chairs to remember the fallen heroes

<p>Fans across the world rejoiced as Marvel released a new trailer 'Avengers: Endgame' on Thursday. But while everyone rejoiced to see Tony Stark aka Iron Man back on earth, there were others who were disappointed to not see Hulk but instead, only his alter ego Bruce Banner.&nbsp;</p>

<p>It seems fans were not the only ones to notice that Hulk was missing from the trailer as actor Mark Ruffalo who plays the superhero on screen also noticed the apparent omission and decided to laugh it off with a hilarious meme.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Taking a jibe at himself, the actor posted a meme on his Instagram account where he clubbed a close-up shot of himself from the upcoming `Avengers` film poster with the original poster. Above the two photos, a caption reads "when nobody tells you it`s a costume party", referring to him being the only superhero in the poster posing without his costume.</p>

<p>This is not the first time that the `Avengers: End Game` poster has come under the limelight following its release on Friday. Previously, Marvel received criticism from the fans, due to the omission of `Black Panther` actor Danai Gurira`s name from the credits at the top of the poster.</p>

<p>Following the backlash, Marvel Studios dropped a new poster of the upcoming film and in the caption wrote, "She should have been up there all this time. Check out the official Marvel Studios` #AvengersEndgame poster. @DanaiGurira #WakandaForever."&nbsp;</p>

Fans across the world rejoiced as Marvel released a new trailer 'Avengers: Endgame' on Thursday. But while everyone rejoiced to see Tony Stark aka Iron Man back on earth, there were others who were disappointed to not see Hulk but instead, only his alter ego Bruce Banner. It seems fans were not the only ones to notice that Hulk was missing from the trailer as actor Mark Ruffalo who plays the superhero on screen also noticed the apparent omission and decided to laugh it off with a hilarious meme. Taking a jibe at himself, the actor posted a meme on his Instagram account where he clubbed a close-up shot of himself from the upcoming `Avengers` film poster with the original poster. Above the two photos, a caption reads "when nobody tells you it`s a costume party", referring to him being the only superhero in the poster posing without his costume. Previously, Marvel received criticism from the fans, due to the omission of `Black Panther` actor Danai Gurira`s name from the credits at the top of the poster. Following the backlash, Marvel Studios dropped a new poster of the upcoming film and in the caption wrote, "She should have been up there all this time. Check out the official Marvel Studios` #AvengersEndgame poster. @DanaiGurira #WakandaForever." View this post on Instagram She should have been up there all this time.
