Los Angeles County District Attorney George Gascón recently announced in a press conference that the case is being re-examined. Two scenarios are possible: the brothers could be resentenced or given a retrial. The hearing where the decision will be announced will be held at the end of November.

"Please know that our office is dedicated to a thorough and fair process and is exploring every avenue available to our office to ensure justice is served," Gascón's office said in a statement on Wednesday.

NBC, ABC and Northern News reported that the bear has been living in a hole he dug in the house's porch. The bear, named "Junior" by Bob and Susa, leaves every night to look for food and then returns in the morning. It goes into the space he has created for himself and naps away.

"Apparently he leaves to go out on the town in the evening, and then he comes back about 5:30 in the morning," Bob told ABC 7.

The couple says that he hasn't harmed them but they are looking at ways to get rid of him since he might prove to be a danger to someone else.&nbsp;

"That's his den right now. We gotta get him out of there because, you know, I think we'd be held responsible if anybody got hurt, but he hasn't bothered us in any way," he said.

They even have some pictures of him who has been snapped by a motion-activated camera installed by California Fish and Wildlife agents.&nbsp;

Bob further said that they are not scared of "Junior" since bears are not dangerous unless you are a "trash can". &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;

“He sexually assaulted both women while holding the gun to their heads,”&nbsp;Middlesex County District Attorney Marian Ryan's office told the Boston outlet at the time.&nbsp;It added, "When [Gale] returned to the front of the store, the victims fled out the rear fire door to a nearby home.” &nbsp;

After the crime, the left-behind evidence was used to create a DNA report, though it was an unsuccessful attempt to catch him.&nbsp;The police later used a forensic approach and found Gale as the suspect.&nbsp;

The US&nbsp;Marshals Service said that the 71-year-old man was also suspected of similar sexual assaults between&nbsp;1989 and 1990 in the great Boston area.&nbsp;

The suspect was reportedly taken to hospital for treatment of an unknown disease, which will be further&nbsp;looked after&nbsp;in prison.&nbsp;

After they landed in Phoenix, they got a voucher for a stay at a hotel via email from the airlines. On TikTok, Judelson mentioned two women gave him "cryptic" answers when asked about what happened.

"Let's just say it was in the best interest of everyone here that they did this. It's for the safety of the plane," they told him.

After they boarded the plane again, they were assigned the same seats, which resulted in a major scene when the two women returned to the same seat where they spotted the lice.

"They would not sit in that seat," the TikToker said.

In a statement to People, the airlines confirmed the diversion of American Airlines flight 2201 on June 15, but only stated that it was "due to the medical needs of a customer."
