It further said that its territory has been a "major victim" of terrorism and therefore it is committed to combating all forms of terrorism "without discrimination" and would not let its territory "used for destructive activities against other countries".

This comes a day after Pakistan accused India of using Afghanistan to carry out terrorist activities against Pakistan at a joint press conference led by Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi and army spokesman Major-General Babar Iftikhar.&nbsp;

Weeks ago, Pakistan failed to convince the United Nations Financial Action Task Force (FATF) to strike off its name from the terror-financing grey list.&nbsp;

FATF, a global terror financing watchdog, has said in its latest meeting that Pakistan has made little progress to establish the mechanism to tackle terror financing and money laundering. &nbsp;

The health department officials of the Indian state of Arunachal Pradesh reported more COVID-19 recoveries than fresh cases in a single-day as 102 people were cured of the disease while 34 new infections pushed the tally to 15,792. 
 
Altogether 102 people were discharged from hospitals on Saturday, taking the total number of recoveries in the state to 14,421, State Surveillance Officer (SSO), Dr Lobsong Jampa said. 
 
The recovery rate among coronavirus patients in the state currently stands at 91.31 per cent while the death ratio stands at 0.30 per cent.

India's COVID-19 caseload went past 84 lakh, while the number of people who have recuperated from the disease surged to 77.65 lakh, pushing the national recovery rate to 92.32 per cent, according to Union Health Ministry data updated on Friday.

A total of 77,65,966 people have recuperated from COVID-19 so far, pushing the national recovery rate to 92.32 per cent, while the case fatality rate stands at 1.49 per cent.

The number of active cases of COVID-19 remained below 6 lakh for the eighth consecutive day.

There are 5,20,773 active cases of coronavirus infection in the country as on date, which comprises 6.19 per cent of the total caseload, data stated.

India's COVID-19 tally had crossed the 20 lakh-mark on August 7, 30 lakh&nbsp;on August 23 and 40 lakh on September 5.

It went past 50 lakh on September 16, 60 lakh on September 28, 70 lakh on October 11 and crossed 80 lakh on October 29.

According to the ICMR, a cumulative total of 11,54,29,095 samples have been tested up to November 5 with 12,20,711 samples being tested on Thursday.

The 670 new fatalities include 256&nbsp;from Maharashtra, 66 from Delhi, 54 from West Bengal, 44 from Chhattisgarh, 31 from Karnataka, 28 from Tamil Nadu, 27 from Uttar Pradesh and 26 from Kerala.

A total of 1,24,985 deaths reported so far in the country includes 44,804 from Maharashtra, followed by 11,312 from Karnataka, 11,272 from Tamil Nadu, 7,131 from Uttar Pradesh, 7,122 from West Bengal,?6,769 from Delhi, 6,757 from Andhra Pradesh, 4,281 from Punjab and 3,744 from Gujarat.

The health ministry stressed that more than 70 per cent of the deaths occurred due to comorbidities.

"Our figures are being reconciled with the Indian Council of&nbsp;Medical Research (ICMR)," the ministry said on its website, adding that state-wise distribution of figures is subject to further verification and reconciliation.
