They can’t be blamed as there is no clear demarcation line in the Arabian sea between the two countries and they don’t have the technology on their boats,” he said.</p>

<p>He said a third batch of 100 Indian fishermen would be released on July 3.</p>

We are now preparing the time line of each and every thing that the couple did on a day before their deaths. We are also listing what they ate on Wednesday. Besides, a team of forensic experts are examining the room and circumstances to ascertain reason behind their deaths,” the inspector in-charge&nbsp;Kaiserganj police station, Rajnath Singh told the Hindustan Times.</p>

<p>As per a joint statement on the memorandum of understanding between Tata's unit Agratas Energy Storage Solutions and the government of the western state of Gujarat, the work on the plant, which is to be built in Sanand, northern Gujarat, was expected to start in less than three years.</p>

<p>The statement said that the initial manufacturing capacity of the plant would be 20 Gigawatt hours (GWh), which could further be doubled in a second phase of expansion.</p>

<p>The first team of the National Disaster Response Force (NDRF) consisting of 22 members arrived from Balasore Railway Station (BLS). Earlier, a team from Centralised Traffic Control (CTC) of 32 members initiated their operations about 30 minutes before, as per ANI citing officials.</p>

<p>As per the latest developments in the train derailment accident, an additional rescue team of 26 members of the Odisha Fire and Emergency Service was also deployed. The deployed team is equipped with advance rescue equipment of Odisha Fire and Disaster Response Academy Bhubaneswar. The team rushed to the the train accident site for rescue, as per ANI citing Odisha government.&nbsp;</p>

<p>"An unfortunate accident took place between Coromandel Express, a goods train and another passenger train near Bahanaga Railway Station in Balasore district. Three NDRF teams have been dispersed and the rescue operation has started," Odisha Chief Secretary Pradeep Jena said.&nbsp;</p>

<p>"NDRF and SDRF teams are on the spot. 600-700 rescue force personnel working. rescue operation to go throughout the night. All hospitals are providing support. our immediate concern is to rescue victims. Concerned officials rushed to the spot," the chief secretary added.&nbsp;</p>

<p>The doctor, known as Balakrishna, was discovered sleeping inside the operating theatre since the morning of the surgery.</p>

<p>The patient&nbsp;was&nbsp;given anaesthesia at about 8 am, with the procedures set for 2 pm, according to the details.</p>

<p>The doctor passed out before he could begin the surgery and was discovered drunk.&nbsp;Meanwhile, the patient's&nbsp;family&nbsp;has&nbsp;urged harsh disciplinary action against the doctor.</p>

<p>Reports say the doctor was a habitual offender&nbsp;who had previously been caught under the influence of alcohol.&nbsp;</p>

<p>In 2022, a&nbsp;one-and-a-half-year-old girl brought to a government hospital in Uttar Pradesh's Barabanki for treatment died after being attended by a doctor who was allegedly in an intoxicated&nbsp;state.</p>

<p>As per&nbsp;the family, the incident occurred&nbsp;when the girl was taken to a hospital in the Sirauli Gauspur area after a corn kernel&nbsp;got stuck in her throat.</p>

<p>The family has alleged that the doctor on duty&nbsp;was not present in the hospital during his duty hours at night. He reached there an hour later in an inebriated state and attended to the child, which led to&nbsp;her death.</p>

<p>A drunken doctor in India delivered a woman’s baby by caesarean section, leading to the death of the mother and the newborn in 2017,&nbsp;according to reports.</p>

<p>The India Meteorological Department (IMD) said on Wednesday (May 31)&nbsp;that Delhi this year witnessed its coolest&nbsp;May in 36 years, with copious rainfall lowering the average maximum temperature to 36.8 degree&nbsp;Celsius.&nbsp;According to Kuldeep Srivastava, the head of IMD's regional forecasting division, Delhi had an average high temperature of 36 degree&nbsp;Celsius in May 1987.</p>

<p>Only nine days in May had maximum temperatures exceeding 40 degree&nbsp;Celsius, with heatwave conditions impacting some portions of the national capital for two days.</p>

<p>"The Safdarjung Observatory, which is representative of Delhi, has not recorded any heat wave in the pre-monsoon season this year. This has happened for the first time since 2014," Srivastava said.</p>

<p>Last year, the weather station recorded 13 heatwave days during the pre-monsoon season, nine in April and four in May. During this time period, there was just one heatwave day in 2021, four in 2020, and one in 2019.</p>

<p>A heatwave is declared when the highest temperature at a station is at least 40 degree&nbsp;Celsius in the plains, 37 degrees in coastal areas, and 30 degrees in hilly areas, and the deviation from normal is at least 4.5 notches.</p>

<p>May, the warmest month in Delhi with a mean maximum temperature of 39.5 degree&nbsp;Celsius, received 111 mm of rain, 262 per cent higher than the long-term average of 30.7 mm.</p>

<p>According to IMD records, this is also the fourth-greatest monthly rainfall after 165 mm in 2008, 144.8 mm in 2021, and 129.3 mm in 2002.</p>

<p>Meteorologists blame the extra rainfall and below-normal temperatures this pre-monsoon season (March to May) to stronger-than-usual western disturbances, which originate in the Mediterranean area and send unseasonal rain to northwest India.</p>

<p>"Usually, five to six western disturbances are recorded in the northern plains in April and May. This time, we saw 10 western disturbances, mostly strong ones," said Srivastava.</p>

<p>"This is unusual. However, we cannot link it to climate change in the absence of data. There is no definite trend," he said.</p>

<p>Delhi recorded 184.3 mm of rainfall this pre-monsoon season (March to May) which is 186 per cent more than normal rainfall, according to the IMD.</p>
