Moments after fiercely defending his memory as "fine", US President Joe Biden mixed up the names of the leaders of Mexico and Egypt.

Speaking on the Gaza war, he referred to Egyptian leader Abdel Fattah El-Sisi as the “president of Mexico.”

“I think as you know initially, the president of Mexico, El-Sisi, did not want to open up the gate to humanitarian material to get in. I talked to him. I convinced him to open the gate,” Biden said.

Earlier, Biden reacted strongly after a Special Counsel report on his handling of classified documents allegedly&nbsp;raised questions on his memory and pointed out that&nbsp;he struggled to recall when his son died.&nbsp;

While confronting these claims that emerged out of the much-anticipated report, Biden expressed outrage at such suggestions.

"There's even a reference that I don't remember when my son died. How in the hell dare he raise that?"&nbsp;

"My memory is fine...Take a look at what I've done since I became president," he added.&nbsp;

These comments came during a surprise news briefing on Thursday (Feb 8), where he also criticised Israel over the Gaza war.

In the report, Hur had said, “Our investigation uncovered evidence that President Biden willfully retained and disclosed classified information after his vice presidency when he was a private citizen." &nbsp;

“We conclude that no criminal charges are warranted in this matter,” said the report, adding that the “evidence does not establish Mr. Biden’s guilt beyond a reasonable doubt," he added.

Photos of young girls or women present on Jeffrey Epstein's private island surfaced on documents released on Monday (Jan 8) related to court cases involving the late American financier. The photos also featured Epstein's longtime accomplice Ghislaine Maxwell, who had said in her separate court case that she was not present in the island during the time period when the photos were taken.&nbsp;

The judge&nbsp;who was looking into the case later ordered the file - which had images - should be stricken from the public docket and the officials should re-file it without the images. In the images, young women or girls were seen on the island along with Epstein, Maxwell, his friend and suspected sex trafficker Jean-Luc Brunel, and one of the accusers of Epstein.

"Counsel shall re-file the stricken document as soon as is practicable," he added. &nbsp;

<h2>Photos prove Maxwell's presence on Epstein's island</h2>

The documents were earlier redacted or sealed as part of a 2015 lawsuit between Maxwell, the disgraced financier's longtime girlfriend and Epstein victim Virginia Giuffre. Maxwell has now been convicted as a sex trafficker.

The lawyers of Giuffre said that the photos "unequivocally" establish the presence of Maxwell on the island during a time when as per her testimony, she was "hardly around".&nbsp;

The photos were also included as part of a filing regarding Epstein accuser Sarah Ransome, who was not included in the proceedings but exposed the inner workings of Epstein's "massage network" and testified that Maxwell was referred to as "Mamma bear" by the victims.&nbsp;

Investigators raided Trump's resort in August 2022 and found more than 300 secret documents in a trove of roughly 11,000 government papers.

According to Thursday's indictment, De Oliveira, 56, in June 2022 told another worker at the resort where Trump lives that "the boss" wanted security videos of the property in Florida deleted after the Justice Department subpoenaed them, according to Thursday's indictment.

De Oliveira and Nauta also moved boxes of classified documents at Mar-a-Lago to conceal them from the FBI and Trump's lawyers, the indictment said.

Prosecutors said De Oliveira lied to the FBI during a voluntary interview by falsely claiming he had no involvement in moving boxes.

"Never saw nothing," De Oliveira told the agents, according to the indictment.

Prosecutors allege Trump took the documents illegally when he left office in January 2021 and stored them in unsecured locations, including a ballroom, bathroom and shower. He also showed the papers - which included top-secret information about the U.S. nuclear program and military vulnerabilities - to people who were not authorized to see them, according to the initial indictment.

Trump's lawyers met with U.S. Special Counsel Jack Smith last week about the election interference probe. It is not uncommon for defense attorneys to meet with federal prosecutors before an indictment.

Trump in April became the first sitting or former U.S. president to face criminal charges when a grand jury called by Manhattan’s Democratic district attorney indicted him for allegedly falsifying business records to conceal hush money payments to a porn star.

Trump has pleaded not guilty, saying the cases against him are part of a politically motivated "witch hunt."

Separately, a grand jury in Georgia is investigating Trump’s efforts to overturn the election in that state.

Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis is expected to announce whether she will charge anyone in the probe in August.

Media over the weekend reported Trump's political action committee is expected to report on Monday that it has spent about $40 million in legal fees in the first half of 2023 to defend Trump and his advisers.

He called the FBI “political hacks and thugs” and even criticised US Magistrate Judge Bruce Reinhart for granting FBI the permission to conduct the raid and hinted that the decision was taken due to the judge’s “animosity and hatred”.

Release of the affidavit

The case took a new direction on Friday when the Justice Department released a heavily redacted version of the affidavit filed in front of the judge while seeking permission for the raid.

The affidavit said that the FBI were looking to conduct the search after completing a number of interviews with witnesses and believed that the former US president was in possession of documents which contained “national defense information” and proof of “obstruction of justice”.

Classification of the documents

According to The Washington Post, the affidavit also said that 184 documents found in the boxes had “classification markings”. Among the documents mentioned in the affidavit, 67 of them were marked “CONFIDENTIAL,” 92 marked “SECRET,” and remaining 25 were marked as “TOP SECRET”.

“Top Secret” refers to the highest level of secrecy when it comes to government documents and it mostly refers to content which is crucial to national security or a similar important topic.

The affidavit claimed that “the documents could have involved sensitive matters such as confidential human sources, information that may not be released in any form to foreign governments and intelligence information derived from the monitoring of foreign communications signals”.

"The figure of 1,223 fatalities among 158,893 adverse effects reflect "spontaneous" reports from sources that include health officials in several countries, without any verification of the cause, among the millions of vaccinated people worldwide during that period," Pfizer spokeswoman Dervila Keane told AFP. "It does not indicate specific causes of death and the fatalities may include people with "various illnesses" such as cancer or cardiovascular disease," Dervila added. Fred Hensley Sr., 79, said his son would not quit playing the guitar.

So, according to the Blue Ash police report, Hensley Sr. retrieved his revolver and threatened to shoot his son.

Hensley Sr. told police that the father said he wasn't aiming to strike his son and that he simply wanted to shoot near him.&nbsp;

During their investigation of the house, police discovered the rifle, a spent cartridge casing, and a guitar with apparent bullet holes.

After the gunshot, Hensley Sr. dialled 911, but a confrontation ensued between the father and son, according to the police report.

According to investigators, Hensley Sr. received injuries to his face and lips.

According to authorities, when questioned if he remembered assaulting his father, the son stated that he did not.

Hensley Sr. was taken to the hospital before being arrested for felonious assault at the Hamilton County Justice Center at 10:30 p.m. Sunday.

His bail is set at $60,000.&nbsp;

According to one internal Facebook presentation, among teens who reported suicidal thoughts, 13% of British users and 6% of American users blamed Instagram.

According to Facebook, 14% of boys in the United States said Instagram made them feel bad about themselves.&nbsp;

"Thirty-two percent of teen girls said that when they felt bad about their bodies, Instagram made them feel worse," the researchers reportedly wrote.&nbsp;

While Facebook concluded that a large percentage of teenagers are not negatively impacted by Instagram, the Journal reports that the features identified as the most harmful are part of the social media company's core makeup.

According to the report, researchers warned that Instagram's Explore page, which serves users curated posts from a variety of accounts, can lead users to potentially harmful content.

The ATS team acting on specific inputs had caught the two Bangladeshi men from a motorcycle stand adjacent to Madni Musafirkhana, a lodge near the railway station. They were produced before the ATS court, which sent them to jail, the statement said.

Police have also seized three mobile phones, a memory card, two fake voter identity cards, a fake PAN card, railway tickets from Gaya to Patna and New Delhi to Howrah and also a bus ticket from Kolkata to Gaya from them, it said. The two had entered the country without any legal document and had procured fake voter identity cards, the statement said, adding they were tasked by the head of JMB to lure and induct Muslim youths into the outfit.

They had visited Kolkata, Kerala, Delhi and Patna and Gaya in Bihar for inducting Muslim youths besides carrying out a recce of Buddhist shrines to execute their terror plan, the ATS said. The two, who said they wanted to join ISIS, had even stayed in Gaya for 11 days for the purpose.

The Delhi High Court Monday allowed a plea by the CBI for taking on record additional submissions in the anticipatory bail plea of former Union minister P Chidambaram in connection with the INX media case.

In its application filed through central government standing counsel Ripu Daman Bhardwaj, the CBI said it wanted to file additional submission regarding ongoing investigation in the larger interest of justice.

US official felt 'obligation' to leak documents on Manafort, others: Lawyer

The Uttar Pradesh Sunni Waqf Board has been asked by the Supreme Court to show documents signed by Mughal emperor Shah Jahan to prove its claim that it owns the iconic Taj Mahal.

A bench headed by Chief Justice Dipak Misra asked the counsel of the board to show it documents to substantiate that Shah Jahan, who had built the Taj Mahal in the memory of his wife Mumtaz Mahal in 1631, had executed a 'waqfnama' in favour of the board.

Waqfnama is a deed or a document through which a person expresses intention to donate a property or land for charitable purposes or waqf.

"Who in India will believe that it (Taj) belongs to the waqf board," asked the bench, which also comprised Justices A M Khanwilkar and D Y Chandrachud, and added that such issues must not waste the time of the apex court.

When the waqf board counsel told the court that Shah Jahan had himself declared it a Waqf property, the bench asked the board to show it the original deed executed by the Mughal emperor.

"Show us the signature", the CJI told the counsel, who then sought more time to produce relevant documents.

The court was hearing a 2010 appeal filed by the Archaeological Survey of India (ASI) over the ownership of the historic monument against the waqf board's decision to declare the Taj Mahal as its property.

The bench also asked the counsel how Shah Jahan could sign a document when he was imprisoned by his son Aurangzeb at the Agra Fort in 1658 after a bitter war of succession. Shah Jahan died in 1666 (rpt 1666) in the fort itself.

It told the counsel that the 17th century monument and other heritage structures, built by the Mughals, were taken over by the British after the Mughal rule. After India's independence, the monuments came under the Government of India and were being managed by the ASI.

The ASI counsel also maintained that there was no waqfnama.

The court posted the matter for further hearing on April 17.

Another bench of the apex court is also seized of a matter related to Taj Mahal in which the petitioner has sought directions to protect the structure from the ill-effects of polluting gases and deforestation in and around the area.

After India's independence, the monuments came under the Government of India and were being managed by the ASI. The ASI counsel also maintained that there was no waqfnama. The court posted the matter for further hearing on April 17. Another bench of the apex court is also seized of a matter related to Taj Mahal in which the petitioner has sought directions to protect the structure from the ill-effects of polluting gases and deforestation in and around the area. The top court has been monitoring the development in the area to protect the Taj Mahal, which is a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
