The tweet further stated that "the suicide attacker blew himself up near the vehicle of Siraj-ul-Haq, but Haq remained unhurt in the attack". The party further clarified that "Sirajul Haq will address the gathering as per schedule."&nbsp;</p>

<p>Party spokesperson Faisal Sharif in a video message said that “JI emir Siraj reached Quetta today and had to go further to Zhob where he has a political gathering today. When he was entering Zhob and people were welcoming him, a person came and blew himself up”.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Security forces have barricaded the area and have launched a search operation to arrest the suspects involved in the suicide bombing. As per reports, seven workers of JI are injured, while four are in serious condition.</p>

<p>This comes after a recent news report by Sindh Express, which quoted Pakistan Human Rights Commission's vice-chairman advocate Habib Tahir expressing concerns over missing cases in Balochistan.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Tahir alleged that Pakistan is using forcible missing, abduction, and enforced disappearances on a large scale, as tools to suppress dissent.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Tahir on Thursday released the Human Rights Commission of Pakistan's (HRCP) report on rights violations in Balochistan titled "Balochistan's Struggle for Hope".&nbsp;</p>

<p>The 33-page fact-finding alleged that anger and pain are on the rise in people here (Balochistan) because of forcible missing cases/abductions, economic stress, gagging of media, inept administration.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Advocate Habib Tahir said on the occasion: "Abductions and people going missing ...all this has been going on for two decades."&nbsp;</p>

<p>According to the media outlet, the rate of such occurrences is not coming down and the only difference between then and now is, these days such cases are either not reported or a lesser number of such cases get reported nowadays.&nbsp;</p>

Tahir alleged that Pakistan is using forcible missing, abduction, and enforced disappearances on a large scale, as tools to suppress dissent. Tahir on Thursday released the Human Rights Commission of Pakistan's (HRCP) report on rights violations in Balochistan titled "Balochistan's Struggle for Hope". The 33-page fact-finding alleged that anger and pain are on the rise in people here (Balochistan) because of forcible missing cases/abductions, economic stress, gagging of media, inept administration. Advocate Habib Tahir said on the occasion: "Abductions and people going missing ...all this has been going on for two decades." According to the media outlet, the rate of such occurrences is not coming down and the only difference between then and now is, these days such cases are either not reported or a lesser number of such cases get reported nowadays. <p>Four people were killed and 14 injured after an explosive-laden motorbike blew up in Pakistan’s restive Balochistan province on Sunday morning.</p>

<p>The explosion took place in Barkhan district’s Rakhni Bazaar area, reported Geo TV news. Pakistan's law enforcement agency also shared that the explosion had damaged several cars, motorcycles and shops.</p>

<p>Security officials cordoned off the area and completely suspended traffic after the incident.</p>

<p>While some injured have been shifted to a local hospital, others were admitted to Dera Ghazi Khan hospital, police said.</p>

<p>Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has condemned the attack and sought a report from Balochistan Chief Minister Abdul Quddus Bizenjo and the inspector-general of police.</p>

<p>He also directed to ensure the best medical facilities for those wounded in the blast.</p>

<p>"The terrorists will not be able to escape from the punishment," the PM said, adding "We will make an example out of those who spill innocent blood," he added.</p>

<p>The attack came hours after an explosion took place near Pakistan’s Quetta Police Lines area in which at least five people were injured.</p>

<p>The blast took place near a stadium where Pakistan cricket stars, including captain&nbsp;Babar Azam&nbsp;and former skipper&nbsp;Shahid Afridi were playing in an exhibition match of Pakistani Super League (PSL) at the Nawab Akbar Bugti Stadium.</p>

<p>According to PTI news agency, the game was halted for some time following an explosion in the Police Lines area in Quetta.</p>

<p>Of late, Pakistan has been targeted by a wave of terrorist mostly in the country's Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province, apart from the restive Balochistan province and Punjab town of Mianwali.</p>

<p>The rise of attacks is being attributed to the breakdown of ceasefire negotiations with the Pakistani Taliban, or Tehreek-i-Taliban Pakistan (TTP), which seeks to impose extreme version of Sharia law in Pakistan.</p>

<p>TTP is responsible for various attacks in Pakistan since it was formed in around 2007. Their main target has been security forces, but civilians and other minority communities have also been attacked.</p>

<p>It is also responsible for the shooting of Nobel laureate and education campaigner Malala Yousafzai, who survived the attack.</p>

<p>Late last year, peace talks appeared to fail and the ceasefire TTP appeared to be honouring, ended.</p>

The reports are based on the similar natures of attacks that the two groups have executed against Pakistani security personnel in recent weeks. "If there is evidence that the Baloch separatists are finding refuge in Taliban-controlled Afghanistan, this needs to be taken up with Kabul’s rulers," an editorial in Dawn said.&nbsp;</p>

<p>'Haq Do Tehreek' supporters have been protesting for nearly two months against the projects that have led to deep-sea trawling. Balochistan's Gwadar has been touted as the 'heart of CPEC' in Pakistan.</p>

<p>Many Pakistani political economists believe that CPEC would reduce Pakistan to 'a vassal state'. Leading Pakistani political economist S. Akbar Zaidi in past has described it as 'a Chinese project, for Chinese interests, and Pakistan just happens to be part of geographical terrain'.</p>

<p>An official statement released by Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) read that during an operation in the Sambaza area of Zhob district, a terrorist and a soldier were killed during an exchange of fire between militants and the security forces.&nbsp;</p>

<p>The operation was launched after "credible information" was received and continued for the last 96 hours.&nbsp;</p>

<p>The statement also added that the objective was to "deny terrorists the use of few suspected routes to move across the Pakistan-Afghanistan border to sneak into Khyber Pakhtunkhwa along the interprovincial boundary and target citizens and security forces".&nbsp;</p>

<p>In the recent days, Pakistan reported a rise in terrorist attacks across the border with Afghanistan.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Armed militants attacked a vehicle of the Frontier Corps on Saturday. In a separate incident in the Dannuk Gogdan area of Turbot, four soldiers were killed. A soldier was killed when militants on a motorcycle opened fire on a check post late last night in the border town of Chaman.&nbsp;</p>

<p>The TTP has claimed responsibility for the attacks in Turbat and Chaman.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Meanwhile, Pakistan's Foreign Minister Bilawal Bhutto-Zardari has said the United States is willing to provide funds to Pakistan for enhancing&nbsp;border security for preventing cross-border attacks from Afghanistan.&nbsp;</p>

Pakistani Taliban kill six security personnel in multiple attacks in Balochistan

After a spate of attacks by terrorist group Tehrik-i-Taliban, Pakistan Army said that it has started an operation in Balochistan against the terrorists in the wake of the renewed threat to the country.
