India on Friday evening concluded the two-day Foreign Ministers' meet of Shanghai Cooperation Organisation (SCO) in the coastal state of Goa. India's foreign minister Dr S Jaishankar, while addressing reporters at the conclusion of the meet, said that the meet laid out the ground for the status of multilateral decisions that will be approved at the upcoming SCO summit in July in New Delhi.

"The meeting also gave an opportunity to dwell on the state of multilateral cooperation in SCO to address regional and global issues of interest," Dr S. Jaishankar said.

"On terrorism, Pakistan's credibility is depleting faster than their forex reserves," Jaishankar said. "There is only one issue to discuss on Kashmir which is when will Pakistan give back Pakistan Occupied Kashmir," he added.&nbsp;

Prime Minister Narendra Modi on April 12 flagged off Rajasthan's first Vande Bharat Express. Ever since its launch in 2019, the train has become a popular mode of transport within the country. It's much faster, and lighter, with more prominent features than any other train in the country. It also cuts travel costs. The train was initially launched for travel from the national capital Delhi to Varanasi but will operate on several different routes across the whole country. Here's the list of a complete route, stops, prices and schedule of Vande Bharat. Take a look:

The train cuts travel from 13 long hours to 8 hours only.

It's India's FIRST VEGAN TRAIN, as there's no meat or egg on the menu.

It operates on all weekdays except TUESDAYS.

As the violence grew to more regions in the state, internet services were suspended to curb the spread of hate speech and video messages by the anti-social elements.

The Manipur government issued a statement saying that the internet services in the Indian state have been suspended for five days "amid the incidents of fighting among youths, and volunteers of different communities as a rally was organised by All Tribals Students Union (ATSU) Manipur in protest against the demand for inclusion of Meitei/Meetei in the ST category."

"Some anti-social elements are using social media extensively for the transmission of images, hate speech and hate video messages inciting the passions of the public. Social media has also become a handy tool for rumour mongers and is being used to incite the general public which might have serious repercussions for the law and order situation in the State of Manipur," the statement read.

<h2>Administration imposes curfew</h2>

In view of the situation, a curfew has been imposed in non-tribal-dominated Imphal West, Kakching, Thoubal, Jiribam, and Bishnupur districts, and tribal-dominated Churachandpur, Kangpokpi, and Tengnoupal districts.

"A report has been received from the Superintendent of Police, Churachandpur that there is a breach of peace, disturbance to public tranquility and grave danger to human lives and properties within the revenue jurisdiction of Churachandpur district. It is desirable that any breach of peace and disturbance to public tranquillity and danger to human lives and properties should be immediately prevented," read the statement by the district administration of Churachandpur.

"It is considered that movement of any person outside their residence is considered likely to cause a breach of peace, disturbance to public tranquillity and grave danger to human lives and properties," the statement further added.

<h2>Govt issues shoot-at-sight order</h2>

On the evening of April 4, the government of Manipur issued shoot-at-sight orders to "maintain public order and tranquillity."

The order, passed by the Governor of Manipur, said, "The Governor of Manipur is pleased to authorize all District Magistrates, Sub-Divisional Magistrates and all Executive Magistrates/ Special executive Magistrates detailed by the District Magistrates to issue Shoot at sight orders in extreme cases whereby all forms of persuasion, warning, reasonable force, etc. had been exhausted under the provisions of law under CrPC, 1973."

A complaint has been filed against Kurulkar by Maharashtra ATS Kalachowki,&nbsp;in accordance with the Official Secrets Act of 1923 and other relevant sections.&nbsp;

As per&nbsp;the ATS, the investigation was started after the DRDO made a complaint. When Kurulkar was brought before a court the following day after being taken into custody on Wednesday, the judge remanded him to the care of the ATS.

Kurulkar&nbsp;reportedly made contact with Pakistani intelligence officers in the past year after appearing to be drawn to photographs of women on social media sites, according to DNA, which cited sources.

Delhi on Wednesday witnessed bright clear skies for some time after a wet start to the week, although later in the evening there was widespread heavy rainfall throughout the capital with its base station Safdarjung recording 20.99mm in nine hours, the highest this year, surpassing January 30, 2023 record. So far, the city has recorded 36.9mm of rain in the first three days of May, exceeding the month's usual rainfall. On Wednesday, several areas like Palam recorded 11.8mm, Lodhi Road recorded 24.6mm, Ridge area recorded 14.6mm, Ayangar recorded 13.8mm, Mayur Vihar recorded 8mm and Pitampura recorded 55.5mm of rainfall respectively. Lajpat Nagar, Sarai Kale Khan, Mehrauli Badarpur Road, Pul Prahladpur underpass and Zakhir witnessed waterlogging on roads. The maximum temperature recorded was 30.6 degrees Celsius, nine notches below the usual, while the minimum temperature was clocked at 20.1 degrees Celsius, five notches below normal.
