Michael Read, Jake's cousin told reporters that the family of five was going to Kondinin, their hometown, from Northam to celebrate Christmas day with the children's grandmother.&nbsp;

He described his five-year-old niece as a bright, smart and intelligent kid. "If it wasn’t for the five-year-old undoing the buckle on the one-year-old’s seat he wouldn’t be with us today," he said.&nbsp;

Nathan O'Donnell, a petrol station worker told ABC that Jake stopped for fuel and bought some drinks and snacks. He added that Jake told him that they were heading to Kondinin. Donnell said that he looked exhausted.&nbsp;

The search for the family began after they failed to reach their destination, Jake's sister Helen on Facebook asked for help. Her&nbsp;post read, "Has anyone seen Jake Day or Cindy Braddock since Christmas Day as they left Northam to go to Kondinin but haven’t made it home and haven’t made contact with anyone since."

A Kondinin shire councillor, Bruce Browning, said that it is surprising that no one on the road noticed it. He added that nearly hundreds of cars travel through the same road and that the car was also not that far for people not looking there.&nbsp;

Guyer, a fundraising page till now has raised nearly $55,000 to contribute to the children's medical and future expenses.&nbsp;

The exact reason for the car crash is still unknown and the investigation is still in process.&nbsp;

Kabosu, the dog that inspired 'doge' meme and Dogecoin, seriously ill with leukemia, says owner

At least one died, and scores were injured on Wednesday in a highway pile-up in Zhengzhou involving nearly 200 hundred vehicles, CCTV state broadcaster reported.

The state media reported that the incident took place due to heavy fog causing low visibility in Henan province in Zhengzhou city, AFP reported.

Citing Zhengzhou's authorities, CCTV said, "On Wednesday morning, a sudden build-up of fog occurred at the Zhengxin Yellow River Bridge in Zhengzhou, which caused a traffic accident involving the collision of multiple vehicles." It later added the casualty reported.

After this, Naidu immediately cancelled his local public meeting and visited the hospital to express his condolences.&nbsp;

According to the Twitter post by the TDP, Naidu has announced financial assistance of Rs 10 lakhs ($12,084) to the families of the deceased. Also, his party will be providing education for&nbsp;the children of the victims in NTR Trust&nbsp;institutions.&nbsp;

On Dec 08, a teenage girl was raped and murdered by a man in the Gulshan-e-Iqbal neighbourhood. Similarly, on Dec 6, a 12-year-old girl was killed after she was raped&nbsp;in a house located in the Jacob Lines area.&nbsp;

Karachi police official data showed that eight out of 216 abuse cases showed that victims were aged five years. Among the remaining 40 were between six and 10, 38 were between 15 and 18 and 95 were over the age of 18.&nbsp;

As a part of clinical research, the therapists assessed their patients on a scale from zero to 10 at the beginning and end of the session and documented their sessions on an electronic health record.&nbsp;

The results of the study showed that patients with SCD and HemOnc groups showed a reduction in pain, anxiety and fatigue. Patients expressed their gratitude, joy and improvements in mood and pain.&nbsp;

A patient said, "It helps me release the everyday pressure and stress that is going on." He added, "I've had a lot of hard times, but this really gives me courage. You gave me a way to articulate my feelings."

The incident happened on early Christmas Day around 2:30 am when Puget Sound Energy substation&nbsp;experienced a power outage "where the fenced areas were broken into and the equipment vandalised," the Pierce county sheriff's office said in its statement, the Guardian reported.

In the sheriff's other statement it stated that "The suspect(s) gained access to the fenced area and vandalized the equipment which caused the fire."

Three hours later, around 5:30 am, nearly 10 miles away a break in vandalism or "force entry" in Tacoma Public Utilities led to a power outage.&nbsp;

Addressing the incident, the&nbsp;company on Sunday on its Facebook page said, "Unfortunately, the impacts to our system from today’s deliberate damage are more severe in some places than initial testing indicated."

According to Pierce County Sgt Darren Moss told King 5, "There’s a good possibility they are related, we are going to be investigating to see if this was coordinated by a specific group or people." He added, "but at this time all we know is that we have burglaries where the power was purposefully knocked out."

Until now there have been six attacks this month so far across Oregon and Washington.&nbsp;

A similar instance occurred in North Carolina at the beginning of December when a gunman opened fire at two stations.

Although no suspects have been identified for any instance, some of these assaults have been carried out by extremists driven online and far-right agendas.&nbsp;

King 5 reported that over 7,000 individuals were affected as the power poured before Christmas morning.&nbsp;
