<p>From Sept 30, children aged 5 to 11 will be required to have one vaccine shot, and two doses by Nov 30, the government said, adding that there had been a significant number of severe Covid&nbsp;cases involving children who required intensive care.</p>

<p>Among them, six aged 3 to 11 died, all of whom were unvaccinated or had received only one dose, it said.</p>

<p>Currently 55 per cent of children aged 12-19 have had three vaccine shots but just 14 per cent&nbsp;in the 3-11 age group. More than 90 per cent&nbsp;of Hong Kong’s 7.3 million population have had two doses, according to the government.</p>

<p>Authorities are trying to boost coverage to three, particularly amongst children and the elderly where the rate is around 50 per cent.</p>

<p>Hong Kong's border with the mainland and the rest of the world has been tightly controlled for more than 2-1/2 years, in line with China's "zero-Covid" policy.</p>

<p>The city is highly reliant on international business and travel, and the restrictions have damaged its economy and led to the exodus of tens of thousands of residents.</p>

This is regarded as the first step towards requiring polluters to net zero emissions by the year 2050. The agency would start an in-depth discussion with each economic sector about how they would reduce emissions and show that they are ready for a potential climate impact.</p>

<p>EPA's new chief, Tony Chappel, said, "The big issue here is that an Australian government is moving to comprehensively cover [carbon dioxide] and equivalent emissions as a pollutant." He further added, "[The plan would] give regulatory teeth to its net zero commitment to ensure that the whole economy moves on that path efficiently and effectively," the Guardian reported.&nbsp;</p>

<p>The EPA's strategy might serve as a model for the other states. According to Chappel, the state's objective of reducing emissions by 50 per cent by 2030 is a crucial step towards becoming neutral by the middle of the century.</p>

<p>The chief said that nearby landfills are also majorly damaged, and in order for this initiative to minimise it, and is an urgent need to minimise it.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Triparna, beaming with joy, in conversation with India Today, said, "For me, it was about the right person at the right place and at the right time." She further added, "I was elated to have been one among the 5.5 lakh applicants."</p>

<p>Named "The First Sleep Champion of India," Triparna emphasised the value of sleep for everybody who works hard in life.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Applications are now being accepted for Season 3 of Wakefit, where the winner will receive a check for Rs 10 Lakh ($12,547) for sleeping for nine&nbsp;hours straight for 100 nights.</p>

<p>The study found that teachers who gave their TGR leaders high ratings for humility are more likely to report sharing their knowledge and expertise, as they feel more psychologically empowered as a result of the sense of safety.</p>

<p>Goddard said, “This feeling of teachers that they could safely share their knowledge comes from having a leader who has humility - an openness to learning from others, a willingness to revise opinions, and an appreciation for the strengths of others,” ANI reported.</p>
