Pentagon’s former chief investigator of unidentified anomalous phenomena (UAP) Sean Kirkpatrick claimed that the conspiracy theorists who have been working for and within the US government have been perpetuating myths regarding UFOs that millions of taxpayer dollars are being spent into studying a “self-licking ice cream cone”.

The claims were made by Kirkpatrick in a podcast after he stepped down from the position of the first director of the defence department’s all-domain anomaly resolution office (Aaro) last month.

The department was established in 2022 to collect military reports of UAP sightings and to provide more transparency regarding what information the government has.
5 Things One Must Avoid While Consuming Collagen Supplement

Sun exposure is one of those things which badly affect collagen. Collagen regeneration is harmed by direct UV exposure. Meanwhile, long-term exposure to the sun also causes collagen and elastin to break down.

Sugar interferes with the ability of the body to repair itself and diminishes the collagen reserves at a greater speed.

Smoking badly affects the body’s anatomy, which includes the collagen in the body.

Consumption of alcohol dehydrates the body and if collagen is inadequately hydrated, then the fibres begin to crack which leads to dry, flaky skin and creates wrinkles on the skin.

Sleep is very necessary for inner and outer beauty and is also important for overall wellness and vitality. Enough sleep helps in repairing damaged collagen and prevents wrinkle formation.
