The footage, which has gone viral on the internet, shows the men owing allegiance to the extremist regime smoothly skating amidst traffic, even alongside a moving truck. According to a report from The Telegraph, the camouflage-clad Taliban members were not only navigating the streets on rollerblades but also took on the role of traffic directors. The authenticity of the video was confirmed by a spokesperson for the Kabul Police, who stated that the individuals in the footage were officers from the public security police, operating with Afghanistan's interior ministry. The video, initially shared on YouTube on November 11 by Yadullah Marvi, a self-described "parkour athlete" in Afghanistan, is a 22-minute spectacle. Wikipedia Co-founder on Why ChatGPT is Not Credible

Wikipedia co-founder Jimmy Wales said that ChatGPT has plenty of limitations that cannot be ignored.

"Now when we look at the emergence of ChatGPT, clearly, it’s not good enough for a great many purposes. It’s an amazing thing to play with, but when you really start to use it, what initially seems fantastic you realise is pretty bad," he said.

Wales, however, expected that technology will continue improving over time. “I think it will continue to get better. But, you know, I think we’re still a long way from it being able to be a reliable source.”

Wales recalled the worries in eBay’s early days: "I remember in the early days of eBay, it was like, 'Oh, no, somebody’s selling a gun on eBay.’' Then after a while, we figured out you can list whatever you want on eBay, but people will report it, and it gets taken down."

Wikipedia co-founder Jimmy Wales explained why ChatGPT is yet to cross a few more miles before reaching its milestone

Why Do You Feel Cold In Winter? No, Seriously...

As a homothermal animal, the human body temperature is regulated at approximately 37°C or 98.4°F. Anything below that, and you are supposed to protect your body from a lower temperature.

The temperature of surroundings is less than your body temperature during winters.

Feeling tired, dizzy and cold all the time could be because of anaemia or iron deficiency resulting in poor blood circulation during winters.

Often when you are sad, you feel like snuggling into a blanket. You feel cold when you are sad because your energy levels and body temperatures are intimately connected.

Diabetes affects blood circulation and therefore the sensitivity to temperatures.

Winter is here and you may be feeling cold already. But look into science to know why do you feel cold in the first place.

These 5 South Asian Countries are Moving between Anarchy and Democracy

After 9/11 terror attacks, the invading US forces installed pro-West Hamid Karzai government. But Kabul's power corridors went back to Taliban as Americans left in Aug 2021.

In the beginning of 21st century, Pakistan was ruled by military dictator Pervez Musharraf. While Islamabad continues to be controlled by military-intelligence nexus, a semblance of democracy has existed since 2008.

For most of the 21st century, Myanmar has been controlled by military junta. From 2011 to 2021, a nominal civilian government was installed after elections. But in Feb 2021, a coup brought back military's belligerence in the Burmese capital.

First multi-party elections in Maldives took place in 2008 ending 30-year dominance of President Maumoon Abdul Gayoom.

Bangladesh has managed to keep a semblance of democracy through most of its existence. But elections have often been disputed, an accusation that Bangladesh's current Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina has consistently denied.

Apart from India and a counted few exceptions, South Asian move to democracy has been filled with stumbles

<p>A shocking case of medical negligence has been uncovered in India's capital Delhi, where botched surgeries had led to deaths.</p>

<p>Delhi Police on Wednesday (Nov 15) arrested four people, including two doctors, a medical personnel and a fake doctor in connection with their alleged involvement in a number of surgeries of an unspecified number of patients at the&nbsp;clinic in south Delhi's Greater Kailash area.</p>

<p>According to Delhi Police, three qualified doctors including Dr Neeraj Agarwal, who reportedly runs the Agarwal Medical Centre in Greater Kailash, Dr Jaspreet Singh, Agarwal's wife Pooja and former laboratory technician Mahender Singh were arrested.&nbsp;</p>

<h2><strong>Botched up medical procedures allegedly conducted</strong></h2>

<p>According to media reports, on October 10, a woman from Sangam Vihar area of New Delhi filed a police complaint at the Greater Kailash police station. The woman reportedly accused that on September 19, she took her husband to Agarwal Medical Centre for a gallbladder surgery.</p>

<p>The woman alleged that prior to the surgery, it was informed that surgeon Jaspreet Singh would perform the procedure. But right before the surgery, it was informed that Jaspreet Singh would not be able to turn up for the surgery due to some unspecified urgency and Mahender Singh will perform the surgery.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Mahender Singh, in fact, was not a qualified doctor but a lab technician.&nbsp;</p>

<p>According to the complainant, her husband's surgery was performed by Mahender Singh, Neeraj Agarwal and Pooja Agarwal.&nbsp;</p>

<p>When the patient was brought out of the operation theatre, he reportedly complained of discomfort. As the family rushed him to the Safdarjung hospital, he was declared "brought dead".</p>

<p>Earlier, the attendants of two other patients had accused that Neeraj Agarwal and three others allegedly performed surgeries of vital organs of a number of patients, without following proper medical procedure.</p>

<h2><strong>The investigation&nbsp;so far</strong></h2>

<p>According to Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCP) Chandan Chowdhary, Neeraj Agarwal allegedly took assistance of non-qualified personnel, including his wife and former laboratory technician Mahender Singh, while performing surgeries, several of which resulted in deaths of the patients due to medical negligence.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Jaspreet Singh allegedly made fake surgery notes.</p>

<p>"On November 1, a medical board consisting of four doctors was called to examine the medical centre and a lot of shortcomings and deficiencies were observed," the DCP said, adding that during investigation, it was revealed that Agarwal used to prepare fake documents pertaining to the treatment and surgery of patients frequently.</p>

<p>The police reportedly confiscated&nbsp;414 prescription slips with only doctors' signatures, along with two registers listing patients who underwent Medical Termination of Pregnancy (MTP) at the clinic.</p>

<p>Additionally, banned medicines, unauthorised injections, expired surgical blades, original prescription slips of various patients, 47 cheque books from different banks, 54 ATM cards, post office passbooks, and six POS terminal credit card machines were seized from Agarwal's residence and clinic.</p>
