<p>"Come to Bangalore. You get fresh catch in the middle of the road now!," reads the tweet posted by Twitter user Sameer Mohan. The photo has got thousands of likes. Some users have pointed out that the photo has been clicked in Bellandur in the city.</p>

<p>Queen Elizabeth II will receive the new UK prime minister at her Scottish Balmoral retreat instead of Buckingham Palace next Tuesday due to ongoing "mobility issues", the palace said Wednesday.</p>

<p>The winner of the contest is due to be announced on Monday.</p>

<p>The queen is on her traditional summer break in the Scottish Highlands, which usually lasts until October.</p>

<p>She was due to return to London to carry out the ceremony.&nbsp;However, she has been dogged by mobility problems since October, when she required an overnight stay in hospital for an unspecified condition.</p>

<p>On medical advice, she has since cut back drastically on her public appearances, and has complained of difficulties standing and walking.</p>

<p>She admitted to being left "exhausted" by a bout of Covid earlier this year, and on the rare occasions she has been seen, has walked with a stick.</p>

<p>At the Chelsea Flower Show, she toured the site in a motorised golf cart.</p>

<p>The queen made two appearances in four days of public celebrations to mark her record-breaking 70 years on the throne in early June.</p>

<p>Germany's&nbsp;network regulator Klaus Mueller said on Wednesday (August 31) that the country is now better prepared for disruptions in gas supply through Nord Stream 1 pipeline. Mueller said that Germany's gas storage was now nearly 85 per cent filled. He opined that the country will be able to cope with the three-day gas flow stop via the Nord Stream 1 pipeline if Russia resumes deliveries at the past weeks' level from Saturday.</p>

<p>"I assume that we will be able to cope with it," Klaus Mueller told Reuters TV in an interview. "I trust that Russia will return to at least 20% from Saturday, but no one can really say."</p>

<p>He said that thanks to the warm summer weather, there was currently no cause for concern. However, he noted that future worries would be linked to what happens after Saturday.</p>

<p>Russia has been leveraging its position as a major gas supplier to Europe to gain an upper political hand especially in the situation post Ukraine conflict.</p>

IMF greenlights revival of Pakistan loan programme

<p>Iraqi army&nbsp;declared a nationwide curfew after supporters of Shiite cleric Moqtada Sadr stormed the government building in Baghdad's Green Zone. The curfew came&nbsp;into effect from 7 pm local time (1600 GMT) on Monday, August 29. The protests erupted on the same day of declaration from Sadr of a political exit.</p>

<p>The curfew was declared after firing inside Green Zone. The firings have claimed 15&nbsp;lives till now.</p>

<p>The influential Shiite cleric took to Twitter on Monday to declare his full withdrawal from political life.</p>

<p>"I've decided not to meddle in political affairs. I, therefore, announce now my definitive retirement," read Sadr's tweet</p>

<p>The surprise move came even as his supporters continued to block the Iraqi parliament.</p>

<p>The protests started shortly after Sadr's tweet. His supporters "entered the Republican Palace", a government building inside Baghdad's fortified Green Zone. The Green Zone also houses diplomatic missions.</p>

<p>Inside the palace, protesters lounged in armchairs in a meeting room, with others waving Iraqi flags and taking photographs of themselves -- while others cooled off in a pool in the garden, an AFP photographer said.</p>

<p>As several thousand other loyalists -- many shouting "Moqtada, Moqtada" -- headed towards the Green Zone, an AFP journalist reported, the army announced "a full curfew in the capital Baghdad" starting from 3:30 pm (1230 GMT).</p>

<p>Iraq is in a political deadlock since legislative elections in October last year. This has left the country without a government, president or a prime minister. There is disagreement between several factions over the formation of a coalition.</p>

<p>The ETC conducted security tracking and monitoring of the US warships' passage in the whole course and had all movements of the two US warships under control, Senior Colonel Shi Yi, spokesperson for the ETC, said in a statement.</p>

US doubles down on warship transit through Taiwan Strait

<p>A girl who was allegedly set on fire by a person after she did not reciprocate his proposal in Jharkhand`s Dumka district succumbed to her burn injuries on Sunday. The police said the accused has been arrested. Accused Shahrukh poured petrol on her and set her ablaze on August 23. She was set on fire in a case of unrequited love.</p>

<p>A student of class 12, Ankita Kumari had been first admitted to Phulo Jhano Medical College and Hospital in Dumka in critical condition. Later she was referred to Ranchi`s Rajendra Institute of Medical Science (RIMS) for better treatment.</p>

<p>Soon after the incident came to light, people were seen protesting in the streets of Dumka.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Speaking to ANI, Dumka Superintendent of police (SP) Ambar Lakda said, "The accused Shahrukh has been arrested. We will apply at fast track court for a fast trial. People are cooperating with us. We appeal to people to maintain peace. The situation is under control and Section 144 has been imposed."</p>

<p>Reacting to the matter, Jharkhand Health Minister Banna Gupta said stringent action will be taken against perpetrators ensuring a fast trial.&nbsp;</p>

<p>"The state government is serious regarding the murder of a girl in Dumka. Stringent action will be taken against perpetrators. We will ensure a fast trial. We have talked to DC in this regard," Gupta said.</p>

<p>A famed hacker widely known as "Mudge," Zatko ended a stint as the head of Twitter's security earlier this year, and said in his whistleblower complaint that became public last week that the company falsely claimed it had a solid security plan.</p>

<p>Last week, a Twitter attorney said at a hearing last week that Musk was focussing on spam as a way to end his agreement to buy the company and it was "legally irrelevant".</p>

<p>The two sides have sued each other and are heading to a five-day trial on Oct. 17.</p>

<p>"The months ahead are just a step in the bigger transition that we need to make," she said.&nbsp;</p>

<p>France is more sheltered than many European countries from the surge in gas prices caused by Russia's decision to reduce its exports to Europe after its invasion of Ukraine in February.</p>

<p>"The launch of #Artemis I is no longer happening today as teams work through an issue with an engine bleed. Teams will continue to gather data, and we will keep you posted on the timing of the next launch attempt," NASA tweeted from its official Twitter handle.</p>
