<p>Almost after two months of a long-drawn legal battle, actor-producer Vijay Babu, who is accused of rape by an actress, on Wednesday got anticipatory bail from the Kerala High Court.</p>

<p>He has been asked to appear before the police probe team on June 27 and the police have been granted time to interrogate him -- seven days between June 27 and July 3.</p>

<p>The court also asked him not to leave the state under any circumstances.</p>

<p>On April 22, an actress from Kozhikode filed a complaint in Ernakulam that she was raped and beaten up by Vijay Babu several times in a flat in Kochi.</p>

<p>She also accused him of intoxicating her before sexual abuse.</p>

<p>As the news surfaced, Babu appeared live on his social media handle claiming that he was the "real victim" in this case, adding that he would take appropriate legal steps against the complainant whom he also named.</p>

<p>The police, apart from the initial complaint, have registered a second case against him for disclosing the name of the complainant.</p>

<p>Vijay Babu who had left the country after the actress filed a case against him, returned after the court gave him a temporary relief that he will not be arrested till his anticipatory bail plea is disposed and till then whenever the probe team seeks his presence he should present himself before them, which he did.</p>

<p>Seven people who identified themselves as affiliated with CBS' 'Late Show'&nbsp;were detained by Capitol Police following reports of a disturbance at the Longworth House Office Building on Thursday night. The seven include Robert Smigel, the voice of Triumph the Insult Comic Dog.</p>

<p>"The Capitol Police are much more cautious than they were 18 months ago, and for a very good reason," he said. "And if you don't know what the reason is, I know what news network you watch."</p>

<p>Colbert said everyone involved was calm and professional. He offered no apologies for the incident.<br />
CBS has said that interviews conducted by Colbert's team were authorized and pre-arranged through congressional aides. It was not clear whether Capitol Police were told in advance that they would be in a building normally closed to visitors. Capitol Police said the group had been earlier told by them to leave Longworth.</p>

<p>Many fans on Twitter and Instagram started speculating the reason for the sudden disappearance from the platform.&nbsp;But before any rumours could go viral, her team solved the mystery and revealed that&nbsp;Priyanka’s account was indeed down for a few hours and they contacted Instagram to restore it. <p>Replying to a fan who asked why the actress' Instagram account is down, PeeCee's team wrote. "We are working with Instagram to restore the account! We will sort this out ASAP."</p>

<p>The reason for the suspension is&nbsp;unknown and her team is yet to comment on the same.</p>

<p>Former X Factor contestant Tom Mann, who appeared on the ITV singing competition in 2014, shared a tragic news on social media on Monday. The singer-songwriter announced that his fiancée, Danielle Hampson, has passed away on their wedding day and their families are in mourning.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Sharing the awful news on Instagram, Tom penned a long emotional note. It read,&nbsp;"I can’t believe I am writing these words but my darling Dani - my best friend, my everything and more, the love of my life - passed away in the early hours of Saturday morning, 18th June."</p>

<p>He further added, "On what was supposed to be the happiest day of our lives ended in irreversible heartbreak. I feel like I have cried an ocean. We never made it to the alter; or got to say our vows, or dance our first dance, but I know you know that you were my entire world and the best thing that has ever happened to me, Danielle. I will wear this ring that I was always supposed to wear as a sign of my unconditional love to you."</p>

<p>Sharing his feelings and pain with the world, he wrote, "I am completely broken trying to process this and I honestly don’t know where to go from here, but I do know I need to use any strength I can muster for our little boy. I will not be a mark on the parent that you had already become but I promise I will do my everything to raise Bowie just the way we always wanted.
