<p>Comedian and actor Russell Brand has quit YouTube amid claims that he has been "censored" by the video-sharing platform.</p>

<p>After one of his posts was "censored" with YouTube saying that it featured Covid disinformation, the outspoken comedian has relocated to Rumble, a rival online video platform, reports aceshowbiz.com.</p>

<p>"We have been officially censored by YouTube. They took down one of our videos for misinformation," Brand explained to his audience.</p>

<p>Russell, 47, explained that a previous clip was removed from YouTube after he "cited information on official government websites, which we misinterpreted".</p>

<p>The movie star shared the error and apologised for the mistake.</p>

<p>He said in a video message: "We made an apology video, we've taken that down as well. YouTube took down our original video, we've taken down the apology video because in case we reiterate the claim while apologizing for it.</p>

<p>"We made an error, in my opinion, a relatively small error, and we're being penalised! For me, that looks like censorship, and the reason I think it looks like censorship is because there's mainstream media misinformation up all the time."</p>

<p>Russell also suggested that he'll be able to talk more "freely" on Rumble.</p>

Comedian and actor Russell Brand has quit YouTube amid claims that he has been "censored" by the video-sharing platform. After one of his posts was "censored" with YouTube saying that it featured Covid disinformation, the outspoken comedian has relocated to Rumble, a rival online video platform, reports aceshowbiz.com. "We have been officially censored by YouTube. They took down one of our videos for misinformation," Brand explained to his audience. Russell, 47, explained that a previous clip was removed from YouTube after he "cited information on official government websites, which we misinterpreted". The movie star shared the error and apologised for the mistake. He said in a video message: "We made an apology video, we've taken that down as well. YouTube took down our original video, we've taken down the apology video because in case we reiterate the claim while apologizing for it. "We made an error, in my opinion, a relatively small error, and we're being penalised! For me, that looks like censorship, and the reason I think it looks like censorship is because there's mainstream media misinformation up all the time." Russell also suggested that he'll be able to talk more "freely" on Rumble. And I believe we'll be able to communicate our message more freely on Rumble." He also explained that people of different political persuasions will be welcome to join him on the new platform, saying: "I support and love all of you. If you love Donald Trump, I love you. If you love Joe Biden, I love you."

International Emmy 2022 nominations: 'Sex Education', 'Narcos: Mexico' and more

And according to Dr&nbsp;Pankaj Kumar, an expert on weight loss and founder of Diet Plus Minus,&nbsp;the decision to go on a strict diet is a massive undertaking. You will have to incorporate several food items into your diet while eliminating others. And when losing weight is your priority, you should only follow the most effective diet plan&nbsp;suggested by nutritionists and dietitians after proper assessment.&nbsp;</p>

<p>To help you choose the right diet for you, we asked the expert to share some inside tips with our readers. Here's what he shared!</p>

<p><strong>Tips to pick a healthy diet</strong></p>

<p>According&nbsp;to the nutritionist,&nbsp;losing weight healthfully is a long-term endeavour and there isn't a simple solution for it. And, he suggests that if&nbsp;you're planning to go&nbsp;on a diet, you must&nbsp;pick something that doesn't involve cutting out any of your favourite food items.</p>

<p>When trying to decide on a new diet, Dr&nbsp;Pankaj Kumar recommends asking yourself the following:</p>

<p>1.&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Is it realistic for you to keep up with this diet plan? Can you do it regularly, seven days a week?&nbsp;"Because if you don't, the minute you stop doing it, you'll probably gain the weight back," he says</p>

<p>2.&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Do you still feel hungry after eating your meals? He claims that it will be difficult to maintain a diet in which you constantly feel hungry. All those cravings will win in the end. "In many cases, this kind of situation leads to excessive eating or even bingeing," he says</p>

<p>3.&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Can you carry on with your regular activities while dieting? Dr&nbsp;Pankaj Kumar advises people to think about whether or not their diet permits social eating, occasional ice cream consumption, and restaurant brunch fare. He warns that this is not the right diet to try if you think it will require you to change your lifestyle for a short time</p>

<p>4.&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Will your diet meet your body's requirements? As Dr Kumar puts it, this is "the most important" question to ponder. He warns against following "any diet that prescribes intensely low calories," such as the 1,200-calorie diet.&nbsp;<br />

In the end, he says, "a good diet plan will easily become a part of your lifestyle without causing any uneasiness."</p>

<p>You should monitor your new diet&nbsp;on a daily basis. Here are a few things to keep in check:</p>

<p>1.&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;How well you've managed to stick to the diet?<br />
2.&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Is there anything you did particularly well?<br />
3.&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Your shortcomings and what you could have done better?<br />
4.&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Is your hunger satisfied by the food you eat?<br />
5.&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;The extent to which your diet influences your mental state?<br />
6.&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;How is the diet affecting other aspects of your life?</p>

Dr Pankaj Kumar advises people to think about whether or not their diet permits social eating, occasional ice cream consumption, and restaurant brunch fare. He warns that this is not the right diet to try if you think it will require you to change your lifestyle for a short time 4. Will your diet meet your body's requirements? As Dr Kumar puts it, this is "the most important" question to ponder. He warns against following "any diet that prescribes intensely low calories," such as the 1,200-calorie diet. <p>James Madison, who was the fourth US president and was in office from 1809 to 1817, got this crystal flute specially made for his second inauguration by Claude Laurent. Madison’s name and title are engraved on the instrument along with the year 1813, the year it was made. It is currently housed at the Library of Congress.</p>

<p>Two years after she launched a conscious clothing apparel brand for children, Bollywood actress Alia Bhatt is launching her own line of maternity wear for moms-to-be to have a "bump-friendly" wardrobe. The diva took to social media on Friday to make the announcement. Sharing a long note, she shared how her own sense of style changed after she got pregnant and what style challenges she faced as her body changed with each trimester.</p>

<p>Alia started her note with a witty remark. She wrote, "Two years ago, I started a children's clothing brand. Everyone asked why I'm doing a kids brand when I don't have kids. Now, I'm launching my own line of maternity-wear. I don't think anyone will ask why. But let me tell you anyway."</p>

<p>The actress continued, "It's not like I've bought maternity clothes before. But when I got down to it, I was overwhelmed. You don't know how you're going to look or feel over the next few months and let's be honest, not being able to find the right thing to wear can be stressful. Do I buy brands I already wear but in a bigger size? Should I raid Ranbir's wardrobe? And just because my body is changing doesn't mean my sense of style has to, right?"</p>

<p>Sharing how she made her own&nbsp;personal style more bump-friendly, she said, "I added elastic to my favourite jeans, designed shirts that I didn't have to share with my husband, and wore flowy dresses so as to not invite any unwanted belly-touching.
