TMRW Sports, a tech-focused company co-founded by Tiger Woods and Rory McIlroy, announced on Wednesday a star-studded investor group that includes tennis great Serena Williams and seven-times&nbsp;Formula&nbsp;One&nbsp;world champion Lewis Hamilton.

The team of investors also includes four-time NBA champion Stephen Curry, three-times tennis Grand Slam winner Andy Murray, Japanese two-way standout Shohei Ohtani of Major League Baseball and two-time women's World Cup champion Alex Morgan.

"From the very beginning our plan has been to partner with the best-in-class in every way imaginable and Tiger, Rory, and I value the support of this unrivalled team of investors, advisors, and ambassadors," TMRW Sports co-founder and Chief Executive Officer Mike McCarley said in a news release.

According to TMRW Sports, the initial investment group's sports experience also includes team ownership in every major league and ranges across F1, NFL, NBA, Premier League, MLB, NHL, MLS, tennis, esports, surfing, and golf.

TMRW Sports -- pronounced 'tomorrow sports' -- was launched in August with the goal of using technology to help create new pathways for the next generation to enjoy sports.

A day after its launch, TMRW Sports said Woods and McIlroy would headline a Monday night team golf competition starting in 2024 that will feature PGA Tour players and combine virtual technology and a tech-infused short-game complex at a custom-built venue.

Qatar, the first Middle Eastern country to host the World Cup, has come under intense international pressure for its treatment of foreign workers and restrictive social laws. Disquiet over the country's human rights record has led to calls for teams and officials to boycott the games at the Nov. 20-Dec. 18 tournaments.

"Too many human rights were violated and from an ethical standpoint, I can't justify it," Fanny Delaune, owner of "Babel" sports bar in Bonn, told Reuters. "Some understand it and others will watch anyway but ultimately, it's my bar and my decision."

Tobias Epping, who owns "Die Wache" bar, will also do the same. "Not just me but also my regular customers who I asked to vote on Facebook and Instagram decided not to show the World Cup because there was a point when we said 'enough'," he said.

"The number of workers killed went beyond 15,000, stadiums are air conditioned during times like these and you can't even drink a beer which for me as a bar owner obviously is a part of it: no. We can no longer support that. "From an economic point of view: was this a smart decision? Probably not. But at least you can go to a bar with a clean conscience..."

Brevis, known as Baby AB, attacked from the word go and due to his fireworks, the Titans were off to a flier and scored 63 runs after the end of powerplay overs. Brevis was involved in a&nbsp;179-run-opening stand with his opening partner&nbsp;Jiveshan Pillay, who scored a 45-ball 52 with four fours and a six. Nonetheless, it was the 19-year-old who dominated proceedings from the word go. He reached his hundred in a mere 35 balls and also went on to slam the fastest 150 in T20 history. His innings was laced with as many as 26 boundaries, including 13 fours and an equal number of sixes at an unbelievable strike rate of&nbsp;284.21.&nbsp;
