World bank chief on US China rivalry
The new world bank chief has decided to stay clear of the ongoing rivalry between the US and China. Indian-origin ajay banga said that he does not view China as a rival in development funding. This statement comes a day after US Treasury secretary janet yellen called the world bank and the IMF "Counterweights to China".
