US President Joe Biden and his UK counterpart Kier Starmer have expressed fear that Russia is sharing with Iran secret information and technology that could bring it closer to being able to build nuclear weapons in exchange for ballistic missiles. Biden and Starmer discussed the issue during their meeting in Washington on September 13.
