Wall Street Soars On US-Vietnam Trade Deal
Asian shares edge higher on Thursday, with the Asia-Pacific index excluding Japan just shy of a four-year peak. Japan’s Nikkei remained flat, while China’s blue-chip index gained 0.2 percent. However, Hong Kong’s Hang Seng dropped 0.6 percent after data showed China’s services sector expanded at its slowest pace in nine months.
