World Health Organization (WHO) Director-General Dr. Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus visited a newly opened Ebola treatment facility in Bunia, the epicenter of an escalating outbreak in the eastern Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC). During the visit, he hailed recent patient recoveries and urgently appealed for increased international funding.
