The United States is preparing to issue a stern diplomatic warning to dozens of partner nations, telling them they must choose between Washington and Beijing in the escalating global artificial intelligence race. According to a leaked internal U.S. State Department draft reviewed by sources, the administration is targeting 35 countries that signed an American "AI Opportunity Statement" in June.
