US: Vandals attack power grid in Tacoma, Washington area
More than 14,000 customers in the Tacoma, Washington, area lost power on Sunday when four power substations were vandalised, according to authorities. According to the Pierce County Sheriff's Department, the Tacoma Public Utilities' first substation in Spanaway, Washington, was attacked at roughly 5:30 a.m. local time.
