US President Joe Biden cancels $1.2 billion in student loan debt

US President Joe Biden has announced that his administration is canceling $1.2 billion worth of student loans for nearly 153,000 aspirants who are eligible under a new program. Under this new program borrowers who have been repaying their student loans for 10 years and those who took $12,000 or less will see their remaining debt cancelled. Watch to know more!
