The Wall Street Journal published notes from numerous people claiming that the president speaks so softly that some find it difficult to understand him in their piece titled "Behind Closed Doors, Biden Shows Signs of Slipping" that was published on June 4. Others claimed that as Biden juggled crucial policy topics, he was depending more and more on notes from staffers.
