US: Chesapeake Energy & Southwestern Energy in merger talks

There's a big merger in the works in the energy sector, one that can revamp the global natural gas business in the US. Natural gas producer Chesapeake Energy & Southwestern Energy are close to finalising a merger deal. The merger would create a nearly 17 billion dollar company.
