As typhoon Noru made a landfall in Vietnam, officials said that even though it has downgraded it still poses a risk from flooding and landslides caused by heavy rains. Typhoon Noru has hit the coastal city Da Nang in central Vietnam. Strong winds with a speed between 103 and 117 kmph uprooted several trees.
