Twitter CEO Linda Yaccarino has defended Twitter's temporary cap on how many tweets one can read everyday. Yaccarino tweeted on Tuesday that the temporary daily cap on reading tweets is a part of several "big moves" that are needed to strengthen twitter. she also added that twitter's revamp is a meaningful and ongoing process.
