The threat of cyberattacks to Canada's oil industry

In an interview conducted outside of the Shangri-La Dialogue, Canada's defence minister issued a warning against persistent cyberattacks. She also mentioned that Canada is a frequent target of these attacks, which poses a serious threat to the financial stability of the world's fourth-largest crude oil producer. According to Anita Anand, cyberattacks are becoming more common in North America.
