Russia gives free-hand to Belarus to use its nuclear weapons?

Belarus’ First Deputy Defense Minister Pavel Muraveiko has said that Belarus will use non-strategic nuclear weapons if its sovereignty and independence are jeopardized. Now, it is important to note here that Russia parked several of its nuclear weapons in Belarus last year, a fact which was confirmed by the Belarusian Presdient in April.
