On Vijaya Dashami, Defence Minister Rajnath Singh issued a sharp warning to Pakistan over renewed tensions in the Sir Creek area. Speaking in Bhuj, Singh accused Pakistan of stirring up border disputes and expanding military infrastructure near Sir Creek. He warned of a "decisive response" if any misadventure is attempted, reminding Pakistan of India's military strength in 1965, and now in 2025.
