High drama unfolded in the national capital as Lok Sabha Leader of Opposition Rahul Gandhi staged a sit-in (dharna) outside the DCP office at the Parliament Street Police Station. Gandhi was accompanied by 19-year-old Sahil Lochab, a student who alleged he suffered severe pellet gun injuries during a protest march toward Parliament.
