Pak Constitutional Amendment: Pakistan’s parliament has passed the 27th Constitutional Amendment, elevating Army Chief General Asim Munir to the newly created post of Chief of Defence Force. This position grants Munir unified command over the army, navy, and air force, along with lifetime legal immunity and enhanced control over the country’s nuclear arsenal.
