After a relative lull in cross-border attacks, Pakistan launched fresh air strikes on Afghanistan, killing at least 13 civilians. This is perceived as a tactic to deflect attention from the crackdown by Pakistan Army Chief Asim Munir's forces in Pakistan-occupied Kashmir. However, Pakistan claimed that 26 TTP fighters were killed in this strike. Amid this, protests are still raging in PoK.
