India's First sunken museum opens at Humayun's Tomb site
The first submerged museum in India opened its doors on Monday night at the Humayun's Tomb complex in Delhi. It tells the tale of the Mughal ruler and highlights lesser-known facets of his life. After roughly ten years of work, the Aga Khan Trust for Culture (AKTC) and the Archaeological Survey of India (ASI) established the museum, which is now recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
