The newly appointed head of the securities and exchange board of india (SEBI), Tuhin Kanta Pandey, told Indian Express that there was virtually no disclosure under the previous leadership.
According to the Indian express report, Tuhin said the previous SEBI leadership failed to satisfy even "Minimal expectations."
