India is quickly becoming a critical player in apple’s global supply chain, with iPhone shipments from the country to the U.S. Surging an estimated 76% in April year over year. The number hit about 3 million units, a sharp rise that coincided with a major drop in shipments from china, which plummeted by a similar percentage to just 900,000.
