Hundreds take part in Kenya's international camel derby

After months — or even years — of training, and after travelling up to 150 kilometres to the town of Maralal in northern Kenya, pastoralists became camel riders for a 21-kilometre professional race at the international camel derby, cheered on by thousands of onlookers.
