The political head of Tibetan's in exile has welcome legislation passed by U.S congress that reaffirm the rights of Tibetan to choose a successor to the highest spiritual leader Dalai lama. U.S also cleared that any chinese interference to be met with U.S sanctions. China warns U.S against passing legislation into law.
