The film culture is gaining popularity in the Kashmir Valley 30 years after the opening of the first film theater in Srinagar. The first ever Kashmiri-produced film has been released in the valley and the movie is running the houseful over the weekends. 'Welcome to Kashmir' is the first ever Kashmiri-produced Bollywood film releasing in a theater in the valley.
