COP27 begins in Egypt, UN climate chief urges nations to shift focus towards 'implementation' of goals
The UN climate summit has begun in Egypt and this year the focus is on implementation of climate goals. Speaking at the opening of COP27, the new executive secretary of the UN climate convention said that the conference should shift the focus towards the implementation of previously agreed plans.
