China’s economy grows 5.2% in June quarter
China's economic growth in the June quarter was better than expected. Beijing's exports to foreign markets outside of the U.S. obscured the mounting pressure from domestically poor consumer demand. China's gross domestic product expanded 5.2 percent in the April-June quarter from a year earlier.
