External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar travelled to Moscow for a two-day visit, co-chairing the 27th Session of the India-Russia Inter-Governmental Commission with First Deputy PM Denis Manturov, and holding talks with Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov on regional and global issues. The visit comes as India prepares to host Russian President Vladimir Putin for his expected visit next month around the BRICS Summit.
