Bangladesh’s GDP growth for the April to June quarter has declined to 3.91%, nearly half of last year's 6.88% growth in the same quarter. This significant drop is attributed to weaker industrial production, which grew by only 3.98% compared to 10.16% in the previous year. The slowdown has also affected agriculture and services, with agricultural growth down slightly and service sector growth reaching 5.8%.
