<p>As per the police officer, the 23-year-old woman was being forced by the accused&nbsp;Ayan&nbsp;Pathan&nbsp;to marry him.&nbsp;The police officer further said that the man also wanted her house, which was in the name of her mother.</p>

<p>The police officer added that the woman was assaulted&nbsp;with a belt and a pipe&nbsp;by the man after her mother informed him that she had sold the house.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>

<p>“He put chilli on her wounds and glue on her lips and mouth to stop her from screaming,” said police officer Rajoriya.&nbsp;He stated that the woman’s mother was not in Shivpuri when the victim was assaulted by Pathan.</p>

<p>The victim informed the police that the accused held her hostage for a month and repeatedly raped her.&nbsp;</p>

<p>She also confirmed to the police that the accused had his eyes set on the ancestral property of the victim and the property's registration&nbsp;to be transferred in his name.</p>

<p>The officials admitted the victim to the district hospital. She is in critical condition and has been receiving medical treatment. According to the doctors, the woman's condition is serious.</p>

<p>The Catholic-majority country of Malta, enforcing its strict ban on abortions, on Thursday charged a woman for having terminated a pregnancy. The woman, reportedly, had a medical abortion at home which goes against the country's complete ban on the practice.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Local media reports stated that she was granted a conditional discharge for three years after attending the court proceeding. No additional information was provided. However, women's rights activists have dubbed it a black day in the history of the country.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>

<p>“What should have never happened [has] happened today: a Maltese woman was brought to court facing charges of having a medical abortion at home," the Women’s Rights Foundation of Malta said in a statement.</p>

<p>Although the woman was treated with respect during the hearing, the foundation said the fact that she was charged "should have never, ever happened in the first place”.</p>

<p>Notably, the Mediterranean nation, located off the coast of Sicily, is the only country in the 27-nation European Union bloc that does not allow women to receive an abortion, including in cases of rape or incest.</p>

<p>A woman in England recently visited a museum to see her own heart which was removed from her body 16 years ago by doctors during a life-saving transplant surgery.<br />

Jennifer Sutton, who hails from Ringwood in Hampshire, stated that it was "incredibly surreal" to see her own organ placed as an exhibit at Hunterian Museum in London.<br />
<br />
The 38-year-old Sutton said that she plans to promote organ donation which she described as "the greatest gift possible".<br />

Speaking to BBC, she said that now she was leading an active and busy life and plans to "keep myself going for as long as possible".</p>

The woman was quickly diagnosed with restrictive cardiomyopathy, which is a health condition that restricts the ability of the heart to pump blood around the body and was informed by the doctor that she would die if she did not receive a transplant.<br />

The health of Sutton, who was then 22 years old, deteriorated rapidly while she remained on the transplant waiting list. In June 2007, she received the news that a donor has matched her sample.<br />
<br />
She had been facing anxiety from the age of 13 when her mother lost her life following the same surgery.<br />
<br />
"I remember waking up after the transplant and thinking 'Oh my goodness I am actually a new person'. I remember doing a little double thumbs up dance to my family and saying 'I made it I made it',” she said.</p>

<h2><strong>A heart at display</strong></h2>

<p>Sutton permitted the Royal College of Surgeons to use her heart for a display and it is now open for all to see at the museum in Holborn.<br />

"The minute you first walk in you think 'that used to be inside my body'," she said.<br />
<br />
"But it's quite nice too - it's like my friend. It kept me alive for 22 years and I'm quite proud of it really. I've seen lots of things in jars in my lifetime but to think that's actually mine is very weird,” she added.<br />
<br />
Sutton stated that she wanted to take steps for promoting organ donation and added it made life-defining moments, such as her wedding, happen which otherwise appeared impossible.</p>

Jennifer Sutton, who hails from Ringwood in Hampshire, stated that it was "incredibly surreal" to see her own organ placed as an exhibit at Hunterian Museum in London. The 38-year-old Sutton said that she plans to promote organ donation which she described as "the greatest gift possible". Speaking to BBC, she said that now she was leading an active and busy life and plans to "keep myself going for as long as possible". The health of Sutton, who was then 22 years old, deteriorated rapidly while she remained on the transplant waiting list. In June 2007, she received the news that a donor has matched her sample. She had been facing anxiety from the age of 13 when her mother lost her life following the same surgery. "I remember waking up after the transplant and thinking 'Oh my goodness I am actually a new person'. I remember doing a little double thumbs up dance to my family and saying 'I made it I made it',” she said. A heart at display Sutton permitted the Royal College of Surgeons to use her heart for a display and it is now open for all to see at the museum in Holborn. "The minute you first walk in you think 'that used to be inside my body'," she said. "But it's quite nice too - it's like my friend. It kept me alive for 22 years and I'm quite proud of it really. I've seen lots of things in jars in my lifetime but to think that's actually mine is very weird,” she added. Sutton stated that she wanted to take steps for promoting organ donation and added it made life-defining moments, such as her wedding, happen which otherwise appeared impossible. <p>After the woman’s case against the retail company was dismissed, a Mobile County Court ruled for Lesleigh nurse on Monday. &nbsp;</p>

<p>The incident happened in 2016. At that time, the nurse was stopped while she was trying to exit Walmart with groceries after the self-checkout machine she used to pay froze, she said. &nbsp;</p>

<p>As per the lawsuit, the nurse had informed the employees that she had already paid, but they did not think she was telling the truth. At the end, the nurse was arrested for shoplifting. &nbsp;</p>

<p>As per the lawsuit, "The defendants have engaged in a pattern and practice of falsely accusing innocent Alabama citizens of shoplifting and thereafter attempting to collect money from the innocently accused." &nbsp;&nbsp;</p>
