She said that adding Russia to the US list of state sponsors of terrorism would bring “unintended consequences” and can harm the interests of US allies across the globe and Ukraine.

At the daily White House press briefing on Tuesday, Jean-Pierre said that such a designation is not “the most effective or strongest path forward ... to hold Russia accountable”.

“It could drive critical humanitarian and commercial actors away from facilitating food exports to help mitigate the global food crisis and jeopardize the Black Sea port deal that has already led to over a million tons of Ukrainian food exports,” she said.

The US official pointed out that declaring Russia a sponsor of terrorism would undermine the “unprecedented multilateral coalition” Biden has assembled in support of Ukraine’s fight against the Russian invasion.

Had Russia joined the US terror list, it would have been placed alongside Cuba, North Korea, Iran and Syria.

The White House spokesperson reasoned that US has already imposed “severe sanctions” on Moscow that are comparable to the consequence faced while being designated as the state sponsor of terror.

“It is good that the U.S. president responded in this way,” Kremlin spokesperson, Dmitry Peskov, said on RBC TV, according to TASS.

The ruling by US district judge Aileen Cannon came as a relief to Trump and his lawyers who have been criticising the authorities for their handling of the situation. In the ruling, the judge said that the documents “could be subject to attorney-client privilege and executive privilege”.

Trump and the Justice Department can submit their proposed list of candidates till Friday.

The raid conducted on August 8 was sanctioned after the FBI spoke with a number of witnesses who confirmed that the Florida residence can contain documents which were highly sensitive in nature and could even prove “obstruction of justice”, according to an affidavit released by the DOJ.

Iranian foreign ministry spokesman Nasser Kanani said on Monday (September 5) that Iran has not received the US' official response to its last proposal over revival of the 2015 nuclear deal.

"Iran is waiting to receive the response from other parties, notably that of the American government," he said during his weekly news conference in Tehran.

Kanani's remarks have followed the United States' remarks last Thursday. The US said that Iran's latest response on reviving the nuclear deal was 'not constructive'.

The nuclear deal was struck between Iran and other world powers including the US in 2015. But former US president Donald Trump unilaterally took US out of the deal. Talks have been going on to restore the nuclear deal.

"We can confirm that we have received Iran's response through the EU," State Department spokesman Vedant Patel said late Thursday in Washington.&nbsp; 
"We are studying it and will respond through the EU, but unfortunately it is not constructive."

Kanani said on Monday that Tehran had "never received a response... saying that its position was not constructive".

He maintained that Iran's response was "constructive, clear and legal".

"Iran is trying to cancel sanctions to economically benefit the Iranian nation and this is one of its top priorities," Kanani said.

On August 8, the European Union (EU) put forward what it called was final text to restore the 2015 deal.

Talks to revive the 2015 accord known as the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action have been ongoing in Vienna since April 2021.

The deal granted Iran much-needed sanctions relief in return for curbs on its nuclear programme to prevent it from acquiring a nuclear weapon, a goal that Tehran has denied pursuing.

On that particular day, Bernstein travelled around a dirt track at the Genesee County Fair in the vicinity of Flint, Michigan. He had never operated a vehicle before.

“People with a disability know what we can accomplish, but the real thing is for those who are not disabled to give us an opportunity,” Bernstein, 47, said.

According to the website of the <a href="https://www.wionews.com/world/vaccines-were-more-effective-against-delta-variant-cdc-study-finds-510224">Centers for Disease Control and Prevention</a>, 6 million Americans are thought to have vision impairment, and 1 million become blind in 2017.

He used the abilities to complete 25 marathons, one Ironman race, and to fulfil his dream of becoming a race car driver, as reported by the New York Post.&nbsp;

Although many people know him as a justice, he joked, “No one calls me that.&nbsp;[Now] they call me&nbsp;race car driver.”

Due in part to his preparation for&nbsp;marathons, Bernstein was able to follow the sheriff's instructions regarding when to turn while driving with the sheriff despite the fact that he was blind.
