After three days of celebration in the picturesque city, the Khan family hosted a grand wedding reception in Mumbai on Saturday, January 13. After the grand wedding ceremony, the extravagant reception is hosted at the Nita Mukesh Ambani Cultural Centre (NMACC). All decked up in traditional attire, Ira and Nupur stole all the limelight. For their reception, Ira chose a heavily embroidered maroon lehenga with golden embroidery all over. Her lehenga featured a halter-neck blouse with a matching red bottom and a plane dupatta with a golden border. She did her red hair in soft curls. To accentuate her look, she applied red lipstick and dark, smoky eyes. Bride Ira opted for a white gown, which had sheer detailing. She tied her hair in a bun and opted for a beautiful tiara to go with the minimal look. Nupur looked dapper in a beige suit. As they walked down the aisle, friends and family members showered flower petals on them. Father of the bride, Aamir Khan looked emotional, as he wiped his tears and cheered for the newlyweds. Aamir Khan's son-in-law Nupur Shikhare's choice of attire for wedding leads to a meme fest on the internet

<p>Bollywood superstar Aamir Khan and film producer Reena Dutt's daughter Ira Khan tied the knot with her fiance Nupur Shikhare in Mumbai on Wednesday. Ira is a founder and CEO of a mental health support organisation while Nupur is a celebrity fitness trainer and athlete.&nbsp;<br />

The wedding took place at a 5-star hotel in Mumbai and was attended by close friends and family. Aamir's ex-wives - Reena Dutta and Kiran Rao were both present at the event, along with sons Junaid Khan and Azad Rao Khan.<br />
The ceremony was followed by a reception at the same hotel.<br />

Paps followed the groom on his way to the wedding venue. Nupur dressed in athleisure, jogged from his residence in Santacruz to the wedding venue and danced along with family members and friends before entering the venue.<br />

Videos from the ceremony circulating on social media showed Nupur and Ira signing the marriage documents, surrounded by their families and friends. The bride wore a traditional outfit for her special day. The newlyweds later posed for the media, dressed in traditional outfits.&nbsp;</p>
