However, climate-controlled wine storage has become a point of contention between Michael and Concetta.

In the lawsuit, Michael claims his ex-wife’s “disinterested malevolence" destroyed his wine collection, as per a report by The Independent.

“Defendant… intentionally inflicted harm on Plaintiff, which resulted in… the destruction of Plaintiff’s wine collection worth $300,000, and without Defendant having any excuse or justification for her actions,” the suit alleges.

Michael has accused Concetta of removing his name, either intentionally or through negligence, from the New York State Electric &amp; Gas (NYSEG) service account.

The lawsuit further states that every item in the house went "to the husband free and clear of any claim of the Wife."

Concetta called NYSEG on September 5, 2023, and asked them to remove her name from the account. However, the suit states, that Concetta “simultaneously, with intent and/or negligently, also removed [Michael’s] name” from the account.

After this, the company stopped contacting Michael for any kind of communication. As per the lawsuit, when he went to the house weeks later, he discovered that his name was no longer on the NYSEG account, and the service to the address had been disconnected “without providing [him] with any notice."

The husband is livid and states that Concetta &nbsp;“always knew" that he stored around 400 bottles of wine, "worth approximately $300,000, above ground, inside the home… under the protection of refrigerated conditions such refrigerated conditions powered by NYSEG electric service.”

The court documents revealed that she&nbsp;allegedly laundered kickbacks to purchase the expensive property.&nbsp;According to state payroll records, Sun only made $152,217 during her last full year working for the Department of Labor.

In exchange for her loyalty, Chinese government representatives also facilitated millions of dollars in transactions for Hu. who had business activities in China. Prosecutors revealed that other gifts&nbsp;included Nanjing-style salted ducks prepared by a Chinese government official's personal chef and delivered to the home of Sun's parents.&nbsp;

Sun is being charged with&nbsp;violating and conspiring to violate the Foreign Agents Registration Act, visa fraud, alien smuggling, and money laundering conspiracy.

Even after her employment was terminated, Sun&nbsp;attended "public and professional Asian community events purporting to represent the Department of Labor while claiming to be the Deputy Commissioner of the Department of Labor", the indictment noted.

A US resident has been charged and arrested for allegedly spying for China on pro-Democracy activists and dissidents whilst making false statements to the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), the Department of Justice (DoJ) said.&nbsp;&nbsp;

The accused, identified as 67-year-old Yuanjun Tang, is a resident of Queens, New York. He acted as a Chinese agent between 2019 and 2023 under the direction of China's&nbsp;Ministry of State Security (MSS), its principal intelligence agency. Among either things, MSS is also responsible for espionage and political security functions.&nbsp;

Tang targeted US-based Chinese dissidents that Beijing views as potentially adverse. After collecting information on such individuals and groups, the data was delivered to the Politburo. Notably, he also helped MSS infiltrate a group chat on a messaging platform that was used by these dissidents.&nbsp;

Tang used an email account where he received regular instructions from his Chinese overlords regarding the targets to be tailed. He also travelled abroad three times for face-to-face meetings&nbsp;with MSS intelligence officers.&nbsp;

After arresting Tang, the law enforcement agencies recovered the numerous electronic devices and accounts that he used to communicate.&nbsp;&nbsp;

"Tang also made materially false statements to the FBI. He falsely claimed that he was no longer able to access an email account through which he had communicated with his MSS handler through draft emails," DoJ added.&nbsp;

A US resident has been charged and arrested for allegedly spying for China on pro-Democracy activists and dissidents whilst making false statements to the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), the Department of Justice (DoJ) said. He acted as a Chinese agent between 2019 and 2023 under the direction of China's Ministry of State Security (MSS), its principal intelligence agency. After collecting information on such individuals and groups, the data was delivered to the Politburo. Notably, he also helped MSS infiltrate a group chat on a messaging platform that was used by these dissidents. Tang used an email account where he received regular instructions from his Chinese overlords regarding the targets to be tailed. He also travelled abroad three times for face-to-face meetings with MSS intelligence officers. After arresting Tang, the law enforcement agencies recovered the numerous electronic devices and accounts that he used to communicate. "Tang also made materially false statements to the FBI. He falsely claimed that he was no longer able to access an email account through which he had communicated with his MSS handler through draft emails," DoJ added. New York passed a law in 2011 that allows judges to revoke or reduce the pensions of corrupt officials, though it initially excluded sitting lawmakers. In 2017, voters approved a measure to close this loophole, enabling the state to target the pensions of lawmakers regardless of when they were elected.

State Comptroller Thomas DiNapoli noted that Stone’s case is the first to employ this punishment in New York. Prosecutors must seek the pension forfeiture penalty and demonstrate that the individual knowingly committed a crime related to public office.

In a bizarre incident, a TikTok creator revealed how the American Airlines flight was diverted due to a medical emergency, which was later found to be a lice infestation.

The flight, which took off from Los Angeles and was bound to land in New York, was rerouted to Phoenix. Among the passengers was Ethan Judelson, who posted a video on TikTok detailing how American Airlines did not inform the travellers of what actually happened.

In the video that reached over 1.2 million views, Judelson describes how he saw a woman causing a commotion as she rushed through the aisle towards the front as soon as the plane landed. While he was confused, no other passenger paid attention to it.

"It just seemed like one of those people who, as soon as the seatbelt sign goes off, gets up and tries to be the first to their bag," he told People, recalling the incident. "So the girl next to me ... we were both like, 'Why is she so rushed to get off? We're all getting off together, calm down."

The airlines told them that they would learn more about the situation once the plane was deboarded. However, the only thing they learned was that the flight to New York would take off in 12 hours.

After they landed in Phoenix, they got a voucher for a stay at a hotel via email from the airlines. On TikTok, Judelson mentioned two women gave him "cryptic" answers when asked about what happened.

"Let's just say it was in the best interest of everyone here that they did this. It's for the safety of the plane," they told him.

The following day, Judelson was shocked to find out from another passenger that the reason for the emergency landing was a lice outbreak. They told him the women who gave cryptic answers, saw bugs crawling in the hair of the woman seated next to them and informed the flight attendant.

After they boarded the plane again, they were assigned the same seats, which resulted in a major scene when the two women returned to the same seat where they spotted the lice.

"They would not sit in that seat," the TikToker said.

In a statement to People, the airlines confirmed the diversion of American Airlines flight 2201 on June 15, but only stated that it was "due to the medical needs of a customer."

On Friday (Jun 28), officials said that a vehicle had slammed into the nail salon in Deer Park, Suffolk County killing four people and injuring nine others&nbsp;who were inside the business at the time.&nbsp;

The vehicle came to a stop at the back of the Hawaii Nail &amp; Spa store at around 4:40 pm (local time). The crash had left the driver as well as multiple people trapped inside the nail salon who were later removed and taken to nearby hospitals.&nbsp;

The driver,&nbsp;later identified as&nbsp;Steven Schwally, 64, was said to be drunk driving&nbsp;at high speed&nbsp;through a parking lot in Deer Park when he&nbsp;crossed a roadway and continued into another parking lot before crashing into the&nbsp;front window of the nail salon, said the&nbsp;Suffolk County Police, on Saturday.&nbsp;

The 64-year-old has since been&nbsp;charged with Driving While Intoxicated (DWI) and will be arraigned at a later date, said the police.&nbsp;Schwally was among those hospitalised and&nbsp;suffered non-life-threatening injuries.&nbsp;

The four victims killed in the crash have been identified as Jiancai Chen, 37, of Bayside, Queens; Emilia Rennhack, 30, of Deer Park; Yan Xu, 41, of Flushing, Queens; and Meizi Zhang, 50, of Flushing, Queens, were killed, said&nbsp;the Suffolk County Police Department said in a release.&nbsp;

All four people killed died at the scene, said the police.&nbsp;

Rennhack, an off-duty New York Police Department (NYPD) officer, was among those killed, a spokesperson from the NYPD confirmed her death, on Saturday.&nbsp;The 30-year-old was reportedly assigned to the 102nd precinct&nbsp;in Queens.&nbsp;

Among the nine injured, four were hospitalised&nbsp;with serious but non-life-threatening injuries. Meanwhile, a&nbsp;12-year-old&nbsp;girl was among five others&nbsp;who were treated&nbsp;at area hospitals for injuries.&nbsp;

A report by WNBC citing witnesses said that the van was trying to pass another car when it went directly into the business.

Eric Perez, who was putting groceries into his car parked across from the site of the crash, told Newsday on Friday&nbsp;that he heard a speeding car and then a noise that “sounded like shattering.”&nbsp;

According to local officials, around 150 firefighters and medical personnel responded to the crash. &nbsp;
