<p>In the previous hearing on July 8, the Supreme Court had said that the reliability of NEET-UG 2024 had been compromised. <p>Members of Congress' student wing National Students Union of India (NSUI) on Thursday (June 27) barged into the office of NTA in Delhi's Okhla demanding to disband the testing agency.</p>

<p>The NSUI members stormed inside the office raising 'shut down NTA' slogans.</p>

<p>There was no immediate reaction from NTA officials about the incident.</p>

<p>The footage shared by NSUI on social media showed National President Varun Chaudhary locking the Delhi office.</p>

<p>The members also issued a warning stating that if NTA is not banned, then the NSUI team would lock all the offices of the education body across the country.</p>

<p>"National President Shri Varun Chaudhary locked the Delhi office of NTA, a corrupt organization that is playing with the future of millions of students of the country, and demanded justice for students of all exams including NEET, NET, CUET. <p>India's National Testing Agency on Wednesday (June 19) announced the cancellation of the UGC-NET exam just a day after it was conducted.</p>

<p>The Education Ministry released a statement saying that the University Grants Commission (UGC) on Wednesday received certain inputs from the National Cyber Crime Threat Analytics Unit of the Indian Cyber Crime Coordination Centre (I4C) under the Ministry of Home Affairs on the Examination, and the inputs prima-facie indicated that the integrity of the examination may have been compromised.</p>

<p>The statement further said that the matter was handed over to the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) for a thorough probe.</p>

<p>"To ensure the highest level of transparency and sanctity of the examination process, the Ministry of Education, Government of India has decided that the UGC-NET June 2024 Examination be cancelled," the statement said.&nbsp;</p>

<p>It further said that the exam will be conducted afresh at a date that will be announced later.</p>
