Many boats had been out in the area for recreational fishing on Sunday. It is understood that the bait fish were abundant, apparently, the reason why&nbsp;whales were attracted to the area.&nbsp;

He was taken to the Massachusetts General Hospital, where doctors conducted various examinations, running tests and scans. "The patient was combative and disoriented, and he actively resisted being placed in the ambulance. On arrival at the emergency department, he had a witnessed generalized tonic–clonic seizure, lasting 2 minutes, for which lorazepam was administered intravenously," a part of the study read. The symptoms were typical of a parasitic infection known as neurocysticercosis, which can cause seizures and headaches and sometimes lead to death. The case study further revealed that the patient was treated with antiparasitic and anti-inflammatory drugs and was discharged on the fifth day of the hospital, with normal results on a neurologic examination and no further seizure activity. According to the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, A person can get cysticercosis by "swallowing eggs found in the feces of a person who has an intestinal tapeworm." CDC also informed that the highest rates of cysticercosis are found in areas that have poor sanitation and free-range pigs that have access to human feces. Patient's history The report mentioned that the patient had appeared well the day before the seizure and there's no evidence of a provoked event in this patient's history or examination. Also, there is no evidence of a previous neurologic, medical, or psychiatric condition that would have put him at increased risk for seizures. What possibly can be the reason is, he had emigrated from a rural area of Guatemala, which could have been the endemic infectious diseases that could have increased this patient's risk for seizures even years after exposure, such as parasitic brain infection. Cysticercosis The study had revealed that Cysticercosis is the most common cause of acquired epilepsy worldwide. The disease results from the ingestion of eggs from the tapeworm. This disease is endemic in areas of Asia and Central America; in these areas, 10 to 50% of patients with epilepsy have evidence of neurocysticercosis on cerebral imaging. There are also locations in the United States where cysticercosis is highly prevalent, including Southern California, Texas, and New York City.

"No threats were made, but these men should be considered armed and dangerous. We are asking residents in these areas to lock their doors and remain inside their homes. A heavy police presence will be in this area as well," the Wakefield Police Department wrote in a statement.

Some local media have reported that the men are are affiliated with the group "Moorish American Arms."

"Our negotiators are in contact with the individuals and the self professed leader wants it very much known that their ideology is not anti-government," Massachusetts State Police Colonel Christopher Mason told reporters.

Mason did not confirm whether the men were affiliated with any specific group, adding that it was not unusual for police "to encounter people that have sovereign citizen ideologies" although he did was not aware that the men harbored such beliefs.

"We train our officers actually at the academy on these interactions and how to de-escalate those situations and how to engage with people that have that that philosophy and mindset and resolve those situations, you know, in a peaceful manner, which is what we're committed to doing," Mason said.

Two of the men were taken into custody, police said but offered no other details.

Massachusetts&nbsp;in the&nbsp;<a href="https://www.wionews.com/world/us-president-trump-says-he-wont-tie-biden-concerns-to-trade-deal-with-china-253812">United States</a>&nbsp;upheld a ban on e-cigarettes Friday amid a spate of deaths and injuries linked to <a href="https://www.wionews.com/world/us-vaping-related-deaths-rise-to-18-illnesses-surpass-1000-253605">vaping</a> across the country.

Eighteen deaths in 15 states had now been positively linked to vaping since March, from a total of 1,080 illness, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

Officials in Connecticut also announced a further death in that state on Friday.

Massachusetts became the first American state to issue an outright ban on all e-cigarette devices in September, with the prohibition to last for four months.

Manufacturers sought to challenge the ban in a Boston court, arguing that the law was disproportionate to the health risks posed by the devices.

Messi also created a goal for Gonzalo Higuain, who scored twice, and second half substitute Erik Lamela as Argentina set up a semi-final against the United States in Houston on Tuesday. 
 
Afterwards Messi played down his goalscoring milestone.

But just when it looked as if the floodgates would open, Venezuela rallied impressively and had Argentina rocking with a series of chances.
