After the girls turned 18, they were adopted by Malarvizhi-Manivannan, a couple based in the same district.

In a special gesture, as Sowmiya was getting married, the IAS Officer came along with his family to solemnise the occasion and bless the couple.&nbsp;

District officials including the Collector, police superintendent were among those present at the ceremony.&nbsp;

"He helped me like a Father, and today I have a big family (all the people of the district) because of his support. Appa (father) helped me with everything. For the first time ever, I feel so happy with such a big family around," she said, thanking the bureaucrat, on her big day.

Radhakrishnan also appreciated the people of Nagapattinam for all their efforts and contributions in bringing up these children who had tragically lost their parents at a very young age.&nbsp;

"Even though they may call some of us as their parents, they are the children of this district," he said.&nbsp;

He added that he was extremely happy to see Sowmiya getting settled well in life, after completing her college education.

This is India`s record fifth title in the tournament`s history and came after previously winning it in 2000, 2008, 2012 and 2018. The Yash Dhull-led India U19 finished the tournament with an unbeaten run in the West Indies, flaunting the strength of the assembly line of Next-Gen India cricketers.

With this, Dhull joins the illustrious list of captains -- Mohammad Kaif (2000), Virat Kohli (2008), Unmukt Chand (2012), Prithvi Shaw (2018) -- who have lifted the U19 trophy for India in the past.

A superb bowling performance by Raj Bawa (5/31) and Ravi Kumar (4/34) helped India bowl out England for 189 despite a fighting fifty by James Rew (95). In reply, Shaik Rasheed (50 off 84) and Nishant Sindhu (50 not out off 54) smashed fifties while Raj Bawa (35 off 54) also played a vital knock and helped India chase the target in 47.4 overs, with four wickets in hand.&nbsp;

The committee further said that the code name appeared inappropriate, unsuitable, offensive as Gaya is a holy city. It also suggested an alternate code name like 'YAG'.

As per the civil aviation ministry, the International Air Transport Association (IATA) has expressed its inability to change the code without a "justifiable reason primarily concerning air safety".&nbsp;
